Got the product a few days ago and have slept like champ. I gave it 4 stars due to the packaging. The top of the styrofoam seal had a funky glue like ring around the top. It gave me pause thinking it may have been a bootleg. I did check that it was sold by SNAC & fulfilled by Amazon. I felt much better about the product after that.

I constantly wake up 2-3 times during my sleep. Everyday. I didn’t take it as a sleep aid, i just use to supplement the workout. But constantly waking up is very troublesome. Wanted to return it right away after few days but unable since there was no return for this item. Suggest to find something different

First, I will admit that with many supplemental products that do not have a large body of clinical research behind them there is always the possibility of the placebo effect and the power of persuasion. That being said, I think this product is legit. After taking 3 pills before bed, I feel more rested when I wake up in the morning than if I don't take them. My sleep is deeper and more uninterrupted throughout the night. I feel like I more quickly recover from intense exercise (especially after heavy weight training e.g. presses, squats, and deadlifts). Also, (just being candid) I've had more frequent "morning wood" when I wake up, which leads me to believe that it is having an augmentable effect on my testosterone levels. Victor Conte claims the combination of these ingredients (B6, B9, Mg, Zn, and 5-HTP) can raise T levels by 30%. I am bit skeptical of that much of an increase, and, until I get the blood work done, all I can do is speculate about the actual results rather than the perceived results. I think the price is reasonable at $25 per bottle for improved sleep, workout recovery, and quality of the ingredients in this product (the zinc, in particular, is a bioavailable form, zinc monomethionine aspartate, as opposed to zinc oxide and zinc carbonate forms). I would mainly recommend this product for active men in their 20's and 30's who are looking to gain an advantage in recovery after routine workouts (cardiovascular exercise, weight training, sparring, etc.) and to get a slight boost in their testosterone levels.

Being prescribed Adderall can make getting the sleep you need a real problem. A combination of these and 10mg of melatonin solves that. If you have problems getting to sleep and staying asleep I highly recommend this brand of ZMA over any others I have found.

The ZMA from this company is good. I experience great sleep and good recovery. I just stopped my subscription because there is a problem with their capsules or packaging process. The last 4 bottles I received have had broken capsules and vitamin dust all over when I opened the bottle. It causes coughing and choking when I take a dose. I will not order from them again until they fix this problem.
