Knocks me out much faster than melatonin, seems to help digestion, and leaves you with a quick rebound for muscle pain and slightly improved mood in the mornings. It does cause some crazy vivid dreams, but not stressful ones, and for men, you will wake up umm...ready for the days action if you know what I mean. Over all a great purchase worth every penny. I find that this helps me fall asleep, but doesn’t help me stay asleep. The first time I used it I woke up after 2 hours and felt energized after. The 2nd time I used it I slept for 5 hours. This is sleeping during the daytime btw. I don’t take sleep aids every night, just when I am desperate for sleep. I don’t know what it is about the ingredients in this product compared to some of the others, but it works really well. I go to sleep quickly and wake up feeling rested. I tried using a different ZMA that has Boron in it, but that one did nothing. After 2 nights, I purchased another bottle of this.
