I gave up on fixing my fridges's ice maker after the 3rd time. I'm hosting a party soon and thought I would invest in an ice maker. This one matched the cute electric tea pot i bought. I'm not a fan of having things on my kitchen counter, but, if it's cute I'm more likely to enjoy it when i gaze upon it! Anyway, after the initial runs of making ice I've made 2 bags of perfect small ice cubes and I couldn't be happier. Each batch takes about 90 minutes so it's easy to make a lot. My one criticism is the ice is very wet. I put it in an oversized plastic ziplock bag and routinely break it up before I add more ice. Not a deal breaker though.

This ice maker did not work when I received it. I think that something was wrong with the mechanics. I reached out to the customer service support and was sent a new one. The new one works great and my family thinks it is a cool addition to our kitchen. We don't have a working water line in our kitchen so this option was a lot cheaper than trying to put in a water line to the fridge.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATED CAME HOME AND REALIZED IT WASN'T EVEN MAKING ANY MORE ICE AND THE ICE THAT WAS IN THERE HAS ALREADY MELTED. I UNPLUGGED IT PLUGGED IT BACK IN NOTHING HAPPENS ALL THE LIGHTS ARE ILLUMINATED PLEASE SEE MY VIDEO THIS IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!! I'm almost certain this was used prior. Inside there was mold spots as if there was water in this at some point. Had to bleach it out and wait a day or 2 before use and a hard cleaning. It's small and works but the ice is NOT solid it's partially frozen and melts really fast. Invest in a better product

I just received it today and my husband wanted me to try it out immediately. lol. Of course I did. It's doing it's thing and working just fine. Like one of the reviews mentioned how quiet it is. Yes it is. It has some weight to it so I don't think I'll be lugging it around by the handle it comes with. No need for that anyway. It's on my kitchen countertop and there it shall stay. Where it's convenient to whip up some ice if company stops by for drinks. The only thing I don't understand is, when the item comes in different colors, the price changes. I didn't really want black. I'd prefer chrome. But it cost more. I'm sorry but I frugal with my money lol. All in all. I'm very pleased with the product and would highly recommend.

Was a gift for my husband who wanted one. He’s like a little kid at Christmas! These little metal rods drip water to create bullet shaped ice (I can’t tell difference between small and large) and it takes about 6 minutes for 9 cubes to form. Then a mechanical tray pushes them into a holding tank. It will keep creating ice until it senses the tub is full and will create more as you remove ice. It’s fun to watch. Easy to set up, just wash the inside out with soap and water and fill to the fill line. You’ll have a full bucket of ice in a half hour. Not included- i recommend purchasing a small command hook to hang the ice scooper from the front or side.

Our other ice maker died after a year and this one caught my eye as it was a little bigger. I love the pop of color on the counter and it makes more ice than our old one. This one isn’t noisy like the old one either. Arrived on time.
