I don’t think I could be any happier with this knife. Maybe if it was a double action. I really like this thing, it’s very high quality and well made. First of all I think it looks great and the weight is perfect for something like this. It’s kind of heavy, but not too much, feels nice and balanced. The clip is strong, feels good in my pocket and is now my EDC knife. It’s super sharp right out of the box. This thing is solid, from a great brand and it’s a great value for the price here on Amazon. One thing that bugs me a little is how loud it is when the blade is activated. It comes out with such force I don’t really know how it could be made to be quieter though. If I have one critique it would be the placement of the release. They put it up by the blade. If my thumb slips off the release button I could catch it on the blade pretty easily. I’m very careful, but it’s definitely something I would like them to change. Overall this is an amazing OTF knife and I highly recommend picking one up. ... show more

I have owned a couple of 400 dollar OTF’s knives and I was unsure what to expect from this one. I am very impressed with it. The weight is just right, and the blade is solid with no movement. At this price and quality, I will be gifting this to a couple buddies.

Bought this knowing it wasn't a full automatic retract. It does work one button to release it though. And as someone else stated it is a little odd to put it away one handed it is doable and doesn't take much to get used to it. I wish it had automatic retract. But all in all I am still impressed with the knife. Smith And Wesson always do a good job. Especially for the cost. Can't beat the quality and an out the front for the price tag. On point. It's solid and has a decent hefty weight to it. But not too overbearing. Very smooth release. ... show more

Great feel and function. Brisk release and sturdy design. Retracting the blade can be a two step process, two hand - but I don't mind.

The media could not be loaded. Love it. Excellent knife, my favorite of my collection. It is a little bit difficult to close one handed, but you get used to it. It’s very snappy. I love it.

It’s a good blade, produced by a well-known company. The size is pocketable to an extent, although much thicker than many alternatives. The weight is reasonable. I think for this much money though, that it should be dual-action. It seems safe, automatically detects if it hit something while the blade springs outward and will stop it from locking in place. Value for money wise; it’s good, but there are blades this price you can find with some effort that offer the dual-action spring both retraction and deployment. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Sharp out of the box, safety switch works, not one handed when returning the blade to its ready position but that was expected as this is not dual action. Has good weight, feels good in the hand.
