Bought this knowing it wasn't a full automatic retract. It does work one button to release it though. And as someone else stated it is a little odd to put it away one handed it is doable and doesn't take much to get used to it. I wish it had automatic retract. I don’t think I could be any happier with this knife. Maybe if it was a double action. I really like this thing, it’s very high quality and well made. First of all I think it looks great and the weight is perfect for something like this. It’s kind of heavy, but not too much, feels nice and balanced. The clip is strong, feels good in my pocket and is now my EDC knife. It’s super sharp right out of the box. This thing is solid, from a great brand and it’s a great value for the price here on Amazon. One thing that bugs me a little is how loud it is when the blade is activated. It comes out with such force I don’t really know how it could be made to be quieter though. If I have one critique it would be the placement of the release. They put it up by the blade. If my thumb slips off the release button I could catch it on the blade pretty easily. I’m very careful, but it’s definitely something I would like them to change. Overall this is an amazing OTF knife and I highly recommend picking one up. ... show more

Quick action release, not heavy but is comfortable to carry in the palm of your hand. The safety feature works great and the retraction of the blade feature is simple but takes time to get used to. I would highly recommend this as one of your edc knives.

This is not intended for children, it's well made and does what it's intended to do. Make sure you put it on safety when you stick in your pocket, it has very powerful spring and if gets accidently triggered it's going to come out, you'll have holes m your pocket and maybe your leg. It’s not the worst knife ever however the metal on the blade is very soft and chips easily. It is long and heavy not a great edc option seems more like a novelty knife
