I got this for my mother. She has arthritis and her knees hurt her. This isn't a numbing cream so you don't experience immediate relief when putting it on. However, after a few days of using the product (twice a day) my mom said her knees actually DO hurt LESS. She noticed she was walking better and having less pain. I mean it's relatively inexpensive and obviously not going to do the job of a knee replacement surgery (it's only a cream after all) but it definitely HELPS. I'd say it's a good value because when you're in pain, anything that can give you some relief is worth it. It's nice to find a cream that actually does help and isn't total snake oil. Using it the first day, my mom didn't think much of it, but I told her other reviewers had mentioned it taking a few days to work. Well...they were right and she's now glad she stuck with it. We will be ordering more. It's just too bad there isn't a larger size. Update; Bought this again, my mom really likes this product now and wants to keep using it.

IMO, the best all natural all around pain relief. Use it myself on sore muscles from working out or if my feet and arches hurt from too much exertion, or standing during the day. Smell disappears in a couple of minutes, is non greasy and for me in most cases helps to eliminate at least 50% or more muscle pain or discomfort in minutes or by the time I wake up in morning. Great for sore back, knees, shoulders, neck, feet, etc, whole family and friends I recommend it to all seem to like it. I like the IMO, all natural pain relief ingredients as well. One tub seems to last a long time, weeks or months longer then some other types of pain relief products.

I bought this for my mom on a whim based on the comments and I'm so glad I did. I have no idea what they put in this cream, but please don't change the formula. She uses it on her hands, knees, and feet and the pain she typically has from arthritis and neuropathy (feet) has lessened and is nearly gone when she uses the cream 2x day. She can feel it when she forgets to apply. She sent it to her brother as well and a couple of months later he called her to tell her that it works for him too! It took him a while to try it because we all know that creams do nothing that they're supposed to - we all still have wrinkles, am I right? But, to our surprise, this one does work. She's on her 3rd or 4th order and will continue using. Side note - her 70 YO hands look far better than mine (38 YO) after using as well. Just an FYI: I love peppermint and my mom doesn't; I think she smells great. She tolerates the admittedly light scent for the effects.

I thought that by spending a little more money that this product would work better than other creams at relieving pain in neck and shoulder but sadly the only thing this product does is smell good. It did nothing for aches and pains. Looks like I am sticking with something less expensive.

My husband has severe neuropathy from a bone marrow transplant. I massage this cream onto his legs and feet, he states it helps him feel a bit better. I have arthritis in my hands. I have been massaging this lightweight, non greasy, pleasant smelling, cream onto my hands. I then put on heating mitts. The swelling is reduced, the pain is reduced significantly, and my hands feel moisturized. (Bonus) I love that the ingredients are natural essential oils lending a pleasant scent that does not last like many pain rub creams. I highly recommend, delivery was fast and as expected.
