I was given a free tube of this by a massage therapist to help with the pain in my back caused by some very tight muscles. It worked wonderfully and I am so grateful for this product. It works better than anything else. I am reordering for the 2nd time. I can't be without it. It also helped with rash on my skin I got as an allergic reaction. I was diagnosed with Grovers disease a very rare skin disorder that causes Extreme Itching. I have tried many products to help stop the itching,but had little to no success. But I had a bottle of Willow Balm for pain in my cabinet so I gave it a try. To my surprise it worked, itching stop within minutes and I mean stopped dead in its tracks. I was so impressed that it worked and wanted to be sure it was not a one time thing I used Willow Balm for a 30 day period and I got relief each time I used it. So I am writing this review to help anyone who might have the same issue as me, knowing that they might be looking for some relief from the Itching of Grovers. I would be happy to help if anyone has any questions as I have probably tried every known remedy I could find to stop the Itch. I am also being treated by my dermatologist but Grovers can be a slow recovery for some. I will say this product give me about 8 to 10 hrs of relief and allows me to get some sleep, so for me it's worth it weight in gold. ... show more

Not a great pain reliever - kinda hard to understand where they get the idea that this cream relieves pain - didn't work for me. It felt good on my skin, provided a wonderful scent, but no pain relief. Some comfort was had on my hands, but for joints, am using something more powerful and longer lasting.
