I have tried dozens of topical pain creams and balms. This one is very nice, has a light scent, is silky and smooth. I will say as far as pain relief goes, it's pretty good. Doesn't help my sciatica much but for normal aches it is helpful. I do reapply it often.

I recently tried Nature's Willow Willow Balm Natural Pain Relief Cream, hoping for a solution to my muscle and joint discomfort. The product boasts a fast-acting formula with willow bark and menthol, free from artificial fragrances and dyes, which initially drew me in. As someone who prefers natural remedies, this seemed like a promising option. Upon application, the balm does provide a soothing sensation. The menthol creates a cooling effect that offers temporary relief, which is quite pleasant. For about 30 minutes, I experienced a noticeable reduction in pain, allowing me to move more freely. However, this is where the product falls short. The most significant drawback is the need for constant reapplication. After the initial 30 minutes, the pain returns, necessitating another layer of balm. This becomes quite inconvenient, especially when you're looking for sustained relief throughout the day or night. While the natural ingredients are a plus, the constant need to reapply makes it difficult to rely on this product for consistent pain management.
