This product helped to sooth my cramps and provide a warming effect. I like this because I get relief without having to take a medication or have a heating pad on. This works the best for my granddaughter’s cramps of things she has tried. She says it’s very effective for an hour and then effectiveness begins to wear off. Please keep in mind, she has severe cramping. This product is the most effective yet.
