I really like the product itself, as far as pain relief and the value, but . . . . the design of the cap definitely needs to be changed!! I could not open the bottle! My husband even had difficulty opening it! So to keep the product from evaporating, I secured a plastic bag over the top with a rubber band!! I sincerely hope the manufacturer (HealthWise) will please consider a different type of lid for this product! I understand it's designed to be child-resistant, but most people who use this type of thing are seniors like me, with no small children in the household.
