The relief from the pain In getting with this product is bonkers considering the therapy, anti inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxers, etc., and it costs less than $5! It is odorless and lightweight. At first, relief was about 4 hours. Now (2 weeks of daily use) it lasts about 12 hours. I do have a big gripe about the safety cap. I have been using this in combination with pain medication after a knee replacement. It helps me especially at bedtime to get to sleep. I apply it all over on the knee, and above and below and then rub it in really good with my hands. Within a couple of minutes my knee is painless. It takes time. to dry and does stay a little tacky after it does. But it doesn't come off or stain anything. I use it at most twice a day and really helps. Excellent pain relieiver. I use it for a ruptured disc in my neck. It has no smell and no menthol cold feeling. Roll it on and get relief for hours. I also have used it for knees before I had my knee replacement.
