Very high quality piece of equipment!!! Directions are a little difficult to read. But we ended up getting it together in 4 hours with 4 people. I would suggest using the video in the Amazon app. I am highly impressed!

Home gym
Color: Standard Weight Set name: A1 Smith Machine 350lbs Weights
Im really happy with this home gym .has alot of options for a good workout without having to go to the gym .the reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the weight increments im not even sure what they are but it gets heavy fast and makes it a little tricky for lighter weight movements. I did buy the 5lb add in weights and that helped.all n all I really want complain for the price pretty solid machine ... show more

Instructions are a bit difficult to follow but not too bad. Pulls system is not as smooth as I would like but for the price it works.

Solid Gym Equipment
Color: Standard Weight Set name: A1 Smith Machine 350lbs Weights
Very pleased...as good as most commercial gym equipment I've used. Cables are smooth; Smith Machine feels good. Assembly takes 4-6 hours but not complicated. Buy a few extra cable attachments to suit your needs.

Best Purchase!!
Color: Standard Weight Set name: A1 Smith Machine Pro (Aluminum Pulleys)
I recently purchased the Donow Smith Machine and I’m honestly impressed with how much you get for the price. The value is hard to beat compared to other machines I looked at. It’s extremely versatile and allows you to do a wide variety of exercises. Instead of buying several separate pieces of equipment, this one machine covers almost everything you need for a full-body workout. It feels solid, works smoothly, and has been a great addition to my home gym. Highly recommended if you want an all-in-one machine without spending a fortune. Only issue was we were missing box #6 and received two box #8’s. Reached out and everything was taken care of promptly. Excellent customer service. ... show more
