My husband and I are very happy with this machine. All shipments came in one delivery and was packaged well. Stickers are on all pieces for easy assembly (though it’s tough to take them off when you are done). Took both of us to assemble and took at least 6 hours but it was overall straightforward, just lots of pieces. We’ve had it for about a month now and working out is great, no issues with the machine and we are able to separate workouts at the same time. Great quality overall

Over all a good set up for basically everything you need. I feel for the $1499.99 price tags I paid for it it should have came with aluminum pulleys or a bench. Given not even a day after I received the cage the price drops down to $1299.99. The plastic pulleys are fine but you definitely tell there is a give in rotation once you get 120lb or more on. It isn’t as smooth . I ordered ritfit’s pulleys to upgrade it that was another $200 bucks. Really upsetting that I over paid $200 for the cages then bought a $200 Bench and wanted a smoother pulley system that was another $200. But over all like I said it’s good to go been using it for a week now and it’s fine for someone that just wants to stay in shape or keep the weight off . Super easy to put together.

The XGSW Power Cage Home Gym was very well packaged, I assembled it myself (it took me 7 hours to set it up and adjust it), and the product arrived on time, but not all at once, in a before and after delivery. You get what you pay for and this equipment will last for years. And after a week of use, it's working well, no problems so far. It's silky smooth for bench presses and pull-ups!

Extremely smooth operation! I've used other Smith/Cable machines in the past with poor cable and pulley systems that often jammed midway down the rails. This machine, on the other hand, is exceptionally sturdy and easy to install. The workbench and counterweight blocks are of excellent quality. Overall, this is an excellent piece of home gym equipment for the beginner or hardcore strength trainer.
