When I ordered this phone ( IPhone XS max ) nothing seemed out of the ordinary. The price was on par with all the others I saw but the shipping was faster so I went with it. I became alarmed as soon as it arrived, it came in the most generic looking android box I have ever seen and with a charger I wouldn’t dream of using. The phone it’s self needs to be charged a few times a day which is odd because my old Xs max would last for a day or 2. The sound on it it is awful. I can’t hear people on the phone unless I put them on speaker phone and forget trying to listen to music or watch videos. I loved my old phone and this one seems completely and entirely different.
