I am very pleased with this piece of workout equipment. For the price it is outstanding. It’s high quality and has a lot of various exercises you can do with it. If you can have only one piece of equipment for your home gym this would be it. I put it together by myself though the instructions say its a 2 man job. Instructions are straight forward with nothing written, just all pictures. Took me a few hours. Having the right tools, impact driver and some socket wrenches are helpful. Took me about 5 hours to build it by myself. Took my time and inspecting every part because when I received the boxes, in two separate deliveries, they were both roughed up. PROS: Overall this system is not bad for the price, which has gone up since I bought it. Good for beginners. Quality is acceptable for the price. I am yet to see its full potential when loading up heavy weights. Easy to build. Instructions easy to follow. CONS: However it might be a little tight if you are taller than 5’6” and more than 160lbs, specifically on a military press. Some of the attachments are plastics. The significant downside with the item I received is that part 10 and part 8 of the lat pulldown system has the hole for the screw on the opposite sides which is not according to its design. I reached out to customer support, although very helpful, a replacement part is not available. Nonetheless concern was resolved through other means. ... show more

It is a good budget friendly machine for home use, but it is made of thin metal I had two pieces dented from shipping, it was not boxed well.
