My machine just arrived today and I was so excited! I opened it up to check it out and was immediately cut by the door where the balls come out. After the bleeding stopped, I filled the machine and realized it’s VERY hard to close! You have to line up the rod with the threads on the lock but you can’t see it to line it up because it’s FULL! So far I’m not thrilled with my purchase.

I bought two of these machines, 1 for my wife and 1 for my daughter, who are both teachers. I chose the SmileMaker machines because they used tokens rather than money. This allows complete control of who has access to the prizes. The machines are well designed and well made. The customer service can only be described as outstanding. We chose to buy outside capsules and prizes to meet the ages of the kids in the classroom. My wife keeps extra prizes in a bag, which the student can substitute should the prize from the machine be a poor match. It is an excellent incentive tool and motivator in her classroom.

Item arrived broken- 3 panels of glass were cracked and the pole that screws into the base did not fit all the way down.
