The media could not be loaded. Wow, I’m amazed how efficient this machine is. The donut maker comes with different donut recipe options and glazes. I used the chocolate with chocolate glaze my kids loved them! I’m sugar free and gluten free so I modified the recipe using gluten free flour, monk sugar, and 3.5 oz of applesauce for a better consistency. They came out delicious, by far my best gluten free, sugar free pastry I’ve ever made yet!!!!! I also modified the glaze and used monk sugar with cornstarch to thicken-absolutely heaven! (The donuts on the parchment paper and cooling rack are the modified diet ones). These cooked 1 1/2 min per side and came out perfect for me. I was also surprised how clean the donut maker stayed the donuts slid right out without leaving a trace behind! The donut molds are so tiny that it was nearly impossible for me to put in the proper amount of batter so some of them ended up being over-filled. By the time I finally filled all of the molds, the first ones filled were over-cooking on the bottom. ( I used a plastic bag to squeeze out the batter which was very difficult and awkward. I would recommend a pastry bag for anyone wanting to make the donuts. For me, it was just too much work for some very tiny donuts. ... show more
