This speaker is small but packs a big sound. Even though its an entry level speaker from SVS it still delivers on the SVS sound. I needed a sub for my home office and this thing is incredible. The app to control the sub from a listening position also provides an incredible value allowing you to fine tune your listening experience. I bought this for 549 from this seller for a "like new" option and honestly it looks and sounds new. Came sealed and packaged as if it was straight from SVS. No blemishes or signs that it was ever used. At this price its a no brainer. It outlcasses my JBL jbl 550p and the Polk Audio PSW10 that this sub replaced. I sent my Def Techs bp8040st subwoofer amplifier for repairs. After almost $400 and a month waiting the thing was damaged after about 2 moths of use. I purchased the SVS SB-1000 Pro and connected to the tower. Should it done it from the start and wouldn’t wasted my $$ on a crappy DT amp. This is an excellent subwoofer that is not only powerful for its size, but also very easy to set up, especially with the app which automatically detects it via Bluetooth. Highly recommended. For the quality, I do believe that it is worth every penny.
