I received this canopy in perfect condition, no missing pieces. Set up was easy enough, having watched YouTube videos. You definitely need at least 2 people to set up. The included stakes are easy enough to bend by simply stepping on them while driving them into the ground, so I recommend purchasing weights designed for these canopies instead of using the stakes to anchor against wind.
