The machine was packaged very well. The unpacking video walked through step by step and ensured no issues. Setting up the stand and placing the machine was super simple with the exception of it being a little heavy. I joined the Smartstitch embroidery group and was also set up with a technical group. My daughter started an embroidery business with this machine. Not only is the machine exactly as advertised but the customer service after the sale is second to none. They provide all the answers to any questions and they provide training, video instruction and they follow up on a consistent basis to make sure you are doing well and don’t have any issues. On top of the customer service, they also have a Facebook group made up of support staff and other SmartStitch users who provide answers and community support. Amazing benefit which seems so simple yet most companies don’t provide that type of forum.
