This machine has a definite learning curve but the support and help is so over the top there is no way you can fail at getting this machine to produce some gorgeous works. You have to have the stick with it attitude and don't get discouraged. My wife was at this point ready to give up when she contacted a support lady that would do on the spot video calls and always resolve whatever issue she was having. I mean my wife would ask for help and within minutes would get a reply with all the support and help she needed. I cannot say enough good things about this company's support and help. I have posted some of the works my wife produced on this machine so you be the judge. She is extremely happy with the performance. Yes, it is a challenge to thread but once done, works great. They give you all the extras with the machine so you don't need to buy anything else to do all your projects. The hat option is fun to play with and gives professional results.
