The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love my embroidery machine!!! The machine is a workhorse, user friendly and the stitches are beautiful. I have embroidered various items including a backpack and lunch box. It was so easy and the finished products are beautiful. It arrived in a large crate and was so easy to assemble. All the parts and accessories are included which is fantastic. They set you up with a trainer and a support team. My trainer, Becky, was so friendly and patient during the training. She provided many hits and tips that have come in handy as I have been using the machine. The customer service is spectacular. Thank you Flora and Kimi. You ask a question and have a response usually within a couple of hours. This is high-quality machine paired with outstanding customer care. I absolutely recommend the SmartStitch S1501.

The media could not be loaded. Got my 1501 3 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier! After my training I got started right away. It stitches really smoothly. There are plenty of videos and support to answer all my questions, and has been pretty easy to learn. I do have embroidery experience already, so be patient with yourself. It comes with everything you need to get started. I am very pleased!
