I don't know what I was thinking when i bought this beyond being frustrated with always having to cut down the parchment paper when I wanted to use it. I don't think I bake enough to really appreciate this product. still it will be handy whenever I do bake. It will take more space to store than the tube of parchment I usually buy but since it's flat I guess it won't be a big deal. It's a great idea. ... show more
