This doorbell camera is so good for the money. I spent 18.99 on the U8 Aiwit doorbell and another 18.99 on the door bracket, which screws tight and does not require any screws or other modifications to install. The camera is so high-def! And it is very sensitive, maybe too sensitive. It goes off when the wind blows and the bushes shake a little in the breeze. It is windy right now and I just received like 20 notifications that something was detected at the front door. Oh, and the wireless setup is very easy. Battery lasts about 10 days between charges, with 4 30-second recordings a day and two-way talk by phone. The mount is solid, not too loose and not too tight. Chime is loud enough to be heard in the shower on the other side of the house. Video quality isn’t the best, but its easily good enough to identify pedestrians on the sidewalk and read license plates. ... show more

For the price it works amazing. Video quality is excellent and night vision is very good, notifications work wonderfully and it also has settings for range, battery so far has lasted almost one week since full charge! Thinking about purchasing a second one honestly and the app is very easy to use!

    • No human detection
It's a joke. My phone keeps buzzing all day long with every car passing by. There is no human recognition motion detection, it detects every single little thing. While I wrote this review I got 10! motion detection notifications from the cars, that were driving on the street. My house is not too close to the road. There is no way to adjust or to do something about it. The only AI is a customer support in the app, I wrote about the problem and AI posted some random popular answer. Can't return, my kids used the packing box for their crafts already, but highly disappointed. An update: I was able to get a hold of a customer service, adjusted sensitivity to highest level, it didn't solve the issue. Customer service is responsive, though. Finally, put a tape on motion detector till I find better solution. Overall, camera the doorbell is nicely built, probably would work if your door doesn't face your driveway, there no way it has AI human detection, it detects everything. As for me, I'm going to buy Ring, which I should've done on the first place, but I was convinced with good reviews to try this one. ... show more
