Very easy to use! Steam starts in seconds. I liked having 3 choices to use. Did a very wrinkled mens jacket & dress quickly. I did fill it a few times but kept an extra larger cup nearby for filling.

This steamer heats incredibly quickly and does a wonderful job. Just used it on a weeklong trip and all of my items looked beautiful after using the steamer. It is heavier than I expected, but that is because it can also be used as an iron.

This is a great travel size iron and steamer. It is solid, well-made and compact for travel which is mostly attributed to its foldable handle that rotates 180 degrees. It is heavier than the portable steamers but I bought it because I wanted the versatility of a steamer as well as a dry iron with the ceramic plate. It really heats up in seconds and is ready to use with the steam jets. It is easy to read with the LCD screen and to use with 3 steam settings. Everything fits inside an included storage bag which prevents the iron from being scratched.

I was really excited for this steamer because of the design, but honestly its been a total disaster. Today was the first time I actually tried using it on a few different shirts and I regret it. The main issue is that it leaks water everywhere. Instead of a steady steam, it just spits hot water drops all over the fabric which leaves water stains. Also, the "5s fast heat up" they claim isn't really true because even when the screen says its ready, the steam is super weak and doesn't actually get the wrinkles out. Few other problems: • The LCD screen: It started flickering after only 10 minutes of use. • Build quality: The handle feels like it's going to snap off when your trying to press down on a collar. • Safety: It gets way too hot on the plastic parts, almost burnt my hand just holding it. Save your money and get a better brand. Its not worth the risk of ruining your clothes or getting burnt. Sending this back for a refund immediately!

Perfect for traveling! Took it on vacay and never bothered the front desk to steam or dry clean. It is a little heavy, but it is effective. Plus is doesnt take up a lot of space.

As described, high quality product and easy to use. Comes with instructions and they are not kidding, this iron/steamer heats up fast. It has 3 levels of steam and is going to make a great travel iron. I filled product with water and turned it on. I turned it different directions and the product has not leaked. Very happy with product.
