For one, when you sit on it, it gives it gives warmth with heated seat, then it pre-flushes to make it easy for solids to flush after you go, after you are done, the automatic flush is great, you don't have to touch anything. I have had smart toilet seats from different vendors but this is the first complete smart toilet with exceptional features. Some Features are Auto Lid opening, Auto Flush, Various Spraying Settings & Ambient Lighting, Warm water option, Ergonomic Heated seat with various heat level settings, although I haven’t used many of its smart features yet but eventually will. Initially, I was having trouble with the toilet not cleaning efficiently. Worked with customer support by the name of 'Sadia' who helped and responded to every email I sent her. She went over and beyond in helping and surpassed, outperformed and exceeded my expectations. Her responses were very detailed and thorough in resetting some of the great features this toilet has to offer. The company also sent me a new upper upgraded seat at no charge which arrived in few days of shipping the product and they also provided the tracking information via email. I hired a professional plumber to replace the upper seat although I think it was very easy to replace myself. Everything seems to work perfectly. I will provide more reviews as I use and get to know this smart toilet. I will highly recommend this product with exceptional product support after purchase. This company stands by their product and offers an excellent customer & technical support to its buyers. In summary I would say for the price and features that this toilet offers I am very satisfied with it. I am hoping it will continue to operate without any problems in the future. For now, I will give 5 stars to this product and the customer support team.

The toilet is nice for the most part but after having it plugged in it would have power surges where my whole house would flicker. This happened even though I have new wiring and box for the bathroom. I paid for instillation and had to remove it. I am now am toiletless Update: Dealing with Leivi customer service has been painless so far. The toilets really are the choice to go with. I will update again if I run into any other issues but as of now I highly recommend Leivi.

I love the modern, stylish way it looks , but that's just the start, It is also the must functional, best engineered toilet you can buy. No Tank to fill , so you never have to wait for a flush, The water flushes in a circular motion, so it leaves the bowl clean, without using a toilet brush. Warmed toilet seat, Lighten up toilet is great at night. Flush with a sensor, you can walk away without flushing. Amazing. And last but not least , It is actually very inexpensive. For the price of this toilet , you get an old everyday toilet. This is a no Brainer. Very easy installation!!!!!

My toilet looks amazing and gives that sleek modern look to my bathroom. I first had some hiccups with the install but I was walked through step by step until the issue was diagnosed and corrected. Their customer service made me feel like I was their best customer. I can't say enough good things about this toilet. My guests love it, I love it, my family loves it! Install is dummy proof, 15min and it was working. Perfect size, warm seat, a double flushing system that will flush anything lol. Looks so clean and the soft close lid.......finishing touch!

I don’t like that the toilet automatically flushes while I’m trying to wipe. The automatic use is too sensitive. The control that came with it doesn’t work or it was difficult to configure. It’s a decent price and quality for what the product is. The flushing power is really strong it keeps the bowl clean. Since I’ve bought the product I haven’t had to clean the inside of the bowl since it keeps clean with the super flush capability. When I wipe I now have to unplug the toilet that way I don’t have dirty water spraying at me when I’m wiping.
