I have had bidet’s installed on my toilets over 10 years now. One of them stopped working and I decided to invest in a smart toilet. My first concern was price and features. I took my time and finally made a decision after having done my research for over two months. Let me say, I picked the right one by selecting the smart toilet from Loupusuo Luxury. I received it in November and had it installed the same month, (delivery was relatively quick). I decided to wait until I had used it for two months prior to writing a review. This toilet is awesome, it does everything and then some! The cover opens automatically. The person that installed my smart toilet said it was very easy, it didn’t long at all. The features are great, the flush is very powerful which is a great feature to have, it really cleans the bowl! The features are awesome and work so well! The heated seat is wonderful and the self cleaning feature is a game changer! I love that you can control the temperature of any/all features that are heated; seat and water. I love this toilet so much that now very seldom use any other toilet in my house. I am considering replacing the other two toilets in my house with the same! I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a smart toilet to try purchasing one from Loupusuo Luxury! Update: 4/10/26: Once I registered for the once year warranty after having received the toilet in 11-2024, the vendor gave me an additional year of warranty. My toilet started to give me some issues with flushing, thus I contacted the vendor via email, (I believe they are in China). They responded and had me send a video of the toilet having issues flushing. The email stated that they would have an engineer review the video and find a solution. I received a reply the next day and the had determined that a part needs to be replaced. They sent me the part, and when I asked who would replace the part they replied that they would send a video and that I could do it myself. Of course I was concerned and felt I would not be able to to do. I received the part and after notifying them that I had the part they sent the video. Shocking the video seemed to make replacing the part seem really easy! I am please to say it was! They had stars that if I had any issues to email them and they would get me through replacing the part. I was able to do it without contacting them and the toilet is working just fine! I am so pleased that I purchased my smart toilet from this vendor! I judge vendors on how they treat customers if there is an issue not is there is an issue! This vendor is awesome when it comes to responding to any issues you may have! Get your smart toilet for this vendor! They get a 10 out of 10 for customer service!

I've had this toilet for a year and think it's amazing value for money. Had someone who is an amateur plumber install it but gave him all the tips and tricks from previous reviews and he installed it without issues. I'm in America, and worried it wouldn't work for here without some tinkering, but he got it in just fine. Other reviews complain about how loud it is, but that's kind of how these things sound outside of very high end models. I don't think it's louder than ones I encountered in Japan. It just takes getting used to when moving from more traditional toilets. Sensors are still working great after a year. It knows when I'm approaching and opens the lid. Once you sit down it swirls water around the bowl. Then flushed when you stand and cleans the bowl again. Never need to touch anything. I have another manual bidet that's a bit more expensive and heats the water and seat more evenly, but the water coming out of this one is never cold, just sometimes more on the lukewarm than hot side. My girlfriend is petite and complains that the unit doesn't flush for her and she has to use the remote, but I can't for the life of me figure out why that would be when it works perfectly for me. Also, don't put this in you bedroom bathroom. It is too loud for that. But we have this in our main bath on the floor of the house with the kitchen, dining, living room where we don't sleep so it's okay. Barely needs cleaning because of the pre and post wash. Looks great and very high end. Truly excellent value for money. If you can get this for under 400 and find someone to install it cheaply, honestly it's worth it even if it conks out in 3 years. I've had it for 1 like I said and it's doing great, so fingers crossed. It's a decent height and I'd worried it be too low (I'm 6 foot) but it's a great height. Do measure you're space carefully before purchasing because it is deep and needs some space away from the wall for all the water and power stuff. Haven't interacted with customer service, but one of the reasons I felt okay buying this is other reviews say they're responsive. I read dozens, heck, maybe hundreds of reviews on this before buying it, and it seems they were honest.

Hi all, I have had this toilet since December and I am so happy with it! For starters, it looks amazing! Anyone who comes by is super impressed with how it looks and the sleek design. Additionally, it has so many neat options. The seat opens and closes for you when you approach it. It flushes after you finish using it. It has a night light built into it for those late night bathroom runs. The bidet function is top notch with a the ability to modify temperature, pressure, and position so easily. Lastly, their customer service is top notch. If you have any questions, they are more than happy to help. They go above and beyond to meet any of your needs, and they are extremely kind. If I could afford to, I would buy these for all of my bathrooms!

Installation was easy and straightforward, teaching the inside to screw the bolt on the set in screw is a bit tricky. Functions as described. Intuitive, sleek, modern. Feels and look of very good quality. Instruction manual is clear and packaging was fantastic!

This is the best toilet I have ever had. I don’t know how I managed 58 years without one of these. I did have a problem with the automatic seat. I contacted the seller and they promptly helped me solve my issue. I would highly recommend this toilet with bidet. It is the best thing ever. installation was very simple. It took approximately a half hour from removing the old toilet to having the new toilet installed
