This might be my first product review on Amazon. I thought the services and experience with this product is worth a review. Background: I wanted to get a Smart Bidet Toilet without breaking the breaking the Bank. Did extensive reviews and visited several premium stores in Canada to review the different products in the market. EPLO being sold primarily online could not be found in any of the stores in Canada that I visited. I reviewed Kholer and Toto toilets, there were sold for way more price than EPLO. Upon very detailed review I observed that the premium brands do not offer anything different to what EPLO offers. The fact is that you will get more technology from the EPLO G20PRO at a fraction of the price you wil get the well known brands for. It is no brainer to go for EPLO. Also i reviewed the EPLO against other brands that are of similar class and popularity as the EPLO. I favoured going for the EPLO because I feel it has all the complete set of offering I was looking for. Below are the things I drove my decision for the EPLO. And my experience so far; 1. The Seat is very comfortable - flat and made of good quality material. It works as advertised e.g heated and e.t.c 2. Premix Rinse - Before i bought this I could not find this in the spec sheet of the product. But on using it, it does have it. Once you seat on the toilet it pours a small rinse of water - this prevent stickiness. 3. Flush is very effective - Flushes well such that you dont need to clean too much. My wife have stopped complaining i dont clean up well after use. I think the blue light help you see that you have cleaned up well. 4. Remote- is very easy to use. 5. Foot sensor - works well. Walk close and it opens. As a guy you dont need to touch anything. Just use your foot to open the lid after the seat open - pee and then use your foot to close the lid. The seat will close immediately afterwards and do a light flush after peeing. 6. Looks - Elegant and I get lots of compliment for it. Services - I contacted the Eplo service team before I bought the product to learn more about it. I must say, they were the most professional team i contacted and were very helpful. At the time i was buying the G20PRO was new and not available in Canada. I search for how to ship it from USA to Canada. The service team at EPLO were very responsive and supported me all through the process. So far my3months experience have been great with the 2nos toilet i got. One for my guest toilet and 1 for one for my master bedroom - Every guest I get wants to buy one. This toilets are well priced now and I think it is only a matter of time for conventional toilets to be out of the market. When you use this, there is not going back.

I was a bit nervous to buy a toilet from a company I never heard of and you may be too. Let me tell you, don't let fear drive you away. This toilet is amazing. Easy installation by our plumber. Works great. The heated seat makes this the go to toilet in our house. The foot sensor works great. I was worried about it going off when walking by and it hasn't 😁 The warm water and warm fan is a great. The manual flush is great if you lose power or observe the Sabbath. The 3M tape for the remote stand was a welcome surprise if your not sure where you want to keep the remote.

I love it, but the toe-touch open has failed and is barely a week old. I am away at the moment, but I will try a reset when I am back. Otherwise, I love it and can live without the toe-touch opening. I will report on this later this month. DATE 07-12-24: I emailed Eplo customer service and received a nice email saying they are aware of this issue and how to fix is, now that's GREAT SERVICE.

I got the G20Pro and I think functionality-wise it’s the best out there. When it works properly it’s the perfect toilet. Of course, the biggest concern is reliability when buying online for something like this that’s very heavy and needs pro installation, and I’m relieved that their customer service is actually great. Mine had a problem and I was able to get in touch with them quickly. They actually found me on Whatsapp with my email, and I sent them videos showing the problem and chatted about solutions. They are in China but their working hours are in our evening time in the US which is actually better for me as I’m busy working during the day. They are very courteous and professional and truly tries to help. I feel it’s a company that wants to do well and get bigger, so they have motivated people. If this thing holds up well after a year, I’ll start to recommend to friends and family. I hope they keep up the good work! (Note: Do consider the cost of labor to install/remove. I think unless you’ve changed a toilet before you will need a plumber. Also the toilet is very heavy so takes two people if moving upstairs. Needless to say you would need an electric outlet next to the toilet, but I would also suggest consider buying a surge protector depending on your home situation.)

I returned the Toto Aquia IV with the S7a bidet seat, and instead opted for this Eplo G20Pro toilet while in the middle of a renovation. The reason for this is that there had been a problem with the Toto toilet I initially ordered, and during this time, I actually went on vacation and my AirBnb had the Eplo DP7 model which I fell in love with. When I realized this Eplo Pro model was half the price of the Toto setup, I decided buying this one was the better option. Therefore, I decided to buy this model as it seemed like this was the newer 2024 version. It works great and does everything it’s supposed to…so far (will update review if something changes). There’s something really special about sitting down onto the warm seat, and the instant warm water bidet. Also, I love the kick-to-open seats and flush. My only complaint is that I wish you could disable the auto-flush (even temporarily) while seated. I feel like there’s an opportunity for water to be wasted if you aren’t quite ready to flush but need to adjust yourself or briefly get up. Additionally, I haven’t found a way for the moving bidet wand function to be set as the default. I always need to push the Rear button a second time to get it to do this. Overall, very happy with this toilet.
