I really liked how this works for about a day and a half. The app and the internal software in the lock work very smoothly and quickly. What I can't deal with it the fact that the latch bolt assembly jammed up and quit sliding in an out. If it wasn't for me giving my tenant a key to the other door to the house, they would have been locked out. I have tried to play with the plunger latch and it absolutely will not move. I can't even force it with extra pressure to slide. It has just become an inert piece of metal to encumber an otherwise quite useful solution to multi-person access to my property. I might change my review if I a responsible party shipped me a working part that exhibited even a modicum of longevity, because, as I said, I really like(d) this thing. Edited: After contacting the company I had a replacement part in two days. Very impressed with their being conscientious. Still one minor problem that may or may not be an issue: Once I got it installed and put up the new storm door, I discovered that the handle on the Sifely Smart Lock sticks out too far for the storm door and the entry door to close at the same time. I will have to shim out the storm door to get it to work. Others' situations may vary enough for it not to be a problem, but just be forewarned that if you have a storm door, you may have to take it into account. Also if your storm door opens on the same side as the entry door the two doors' handles will bump each other and you will never get both doors to close at the same time. I had to reverse my storm door to get it to work, and THEN ran into the problem that the Smart Lock bumps the storm door glass and won't let it close. I received this lock about a week ago and writing this review to share my experience. Packaging and Delivery: Delivery was quick and packaging was excellent. Cherry on top were the ‘backup’ screws/hardware included in the package. Installation: I was pleasantly surprised by the level of details available out of the box for installation instructions. All of the installation hardware was pre packaged, individually wrapped and labelled with instruction number co-relating to the steps on the installation guide. I enjoyed the instructional video as well very informative. Following the installation steps was a breeze and I had the lock installed in less than 20 minutes. Pros: Easy install and good looking lock. Works as intended. Was able to setup multiple fingerprint (s) on the lock for the entire family with ease. Cons/wish could be better: Fingerprint scanner is finicky occasionally on the 1st try, but then works on the 2nd try. ... show more

Installed this door lock on my front door last week and so fat this product is really working great ! First of all let us talk about ease of install. 1. The install instructions are easy to follow and the video definitely helps. It took me around 15 mins to install the product. 2. It's great the product has many means of access. Finger print recognition has been good so far. I have had on and off failure to recognize finger print. But on retry it worked well. 3. The option to generate individual Passcode is great. But it comes with random generated numbers and it's hard when we want to set a customized passcode for ourselves. 4. We have an option to generate a random passcode for friends or guests but it would be good if we can have a passcode that can be added to apple wallet or Google wallet All in all a great buy for an affordable price ... show more

Easy to install and set up. Finger scanner is not great. Only work on the same way we we scanned the print , if we touch the pad lil different way it won’t work( but not a great concern) Keys are not great quality . But good decent quality Sofar good investment for my office room Door Will update win in few months ... show more
