  • Excellent Cycling Glasses
Color: Polished Black/Prizm Low Light Lens Width: 31 Millimeters
Absolutely love these glasses. I just wore them today. I purchased them from the good reviews. I bought some other glasses from a bike store that were photochromatic. They were ok, but my sweat would drip onto the lens and it was annoying. In addition, the pbotochromatic effect didn't seem to work that well. I bought the jawbreaker with a low light lens and purchased the road prizm separately. I replaced the low light lens with the prizm and it performed flawlessly. My sweat does not drip on the lens...awesome! Also, ibwas able to see the path I take very well. The last part of the first half of my journey is covered in trees and a few underpass. With my photochromatic lenses, everything was still a little dark. With the road prizm, I was able to easily adjust to both light and dark conditions. I absolutely love the glasses for cycling. There peripheral vision is also awesome and if you lift your head just a little tou can see everything on the road in front of you. They are just what I needed. I am not sure if I would wear them off the bike, but i have other glasses for that. I am Totally pleased with my purchase. ... show more

  • Spendy, but your eyes are worth it!
Color: Matte Black/Prizm Road Lens Width: 31 Millimeters
This my second pair of Oakley Cycling sunglasses. The last pair was well supported, and I was able to replace lenses and the rubber nose and frame covers that pull over the ear arms. I guess I am saying, though these are ‘spendy’, they have a long useful life that can be extended. On the newer model, I went with the wider lens, which has wonderful clarity, ventilation (no fogging), and the arms clip easily into my helmet (helmet clip fit will vary, but is an important feature for cyclists). If they didn’t clip in, I would have returned them for another model. Interestingly enough, the arms on the newer model are shorter, but they still stay snug on my face. I wonder if they designed the arms to be shorter, because they do clip into the helmet better than the longer arms of the older model. Take a chance on the Oakley brand. • My Jawbreakers
Well first I've been admiring this glasses because my brother has a pair he wears on our bike rides. I love the green, purple and black color. You have an eagle eye clear visual of the road and no glare. They are a great investment because I no longer experience tearing from the wind. The wide frame blocks the wind from my eyes. They just look great and are very comfortable. They are advertised as men's. They look great and knew they would fit me well because I tried on my brother's pair. I would definitely recommend the purchase. They look much better in person than in the ad. ... show more

  • Good fit
Color: Polished White/Prizm Snow Sapphire Iridium Lens Width: 31 Millimeters
They fit good. They are on the larger side of the Oakley collection. I love how customizable they are. You could change out almost anything on this.

  • Great for Cycling But...
Color: Matte Black/Prizm Road Lens Width: 31 Millimeters
These do live up to most of the hype. The keyword being most. Jawbreakers have been huge in the cycling world and I bought mine with the Road Prizm lenses to use while I mountain bike in Texas. There's too much sun exposure to use the lighter lenses such as Trail or Trail Torch here. I made the right move as the contrast is excellent and the tint is just the right amount of dark for where I ride. The Jawbreakers themselves are built really well and have great face coverage. Vent holes on the lenses do a great job keeping fog from occurring and the bridge sits nicely on my nose. Clamping is also really nice these suckers aren't falling off. My only complaint though is that ultimately these things are $220 for sunglasses. I traditionally rode with cheapo sunglasses thinking I was missing the golden water on the other side of the bridge.....seems I wasn't necessarily. I don't find them worthy enough to keep when I could buy other cycling gear but if you have the extra cash burning a hole in your pocket go for it. ... show more

  • I LIKE THEM
Color: Retina Burn/Prizm Road Lens Width: 31 Millimeters
OAKLEY JAWBREAKER PRISM (8/30/2021)-Ok, I received the sunglasses. I read the critics listed here as well prior to purchasing. I have previous Oakley brands with the lenses now "bubbling. They are at least 5-6 years old. Went for an immediate 20 mile ride. 1). The prism lenses are clear, but not very dark if you are going directly into the sun. I happened to be traveling west into the late day sun, and its bright. At sunset they are dark but not too much. 2). The adjustable ear pieces extend nicely about 1 cm and I found they did not slip off my face an they felt comfortable. 3). Sweat did not seem to get on the lenses themselves, although I had a bicycle cap on. 4). Nose piece is comfortable. 5). Compared to my other Oakley's I did not feel the frame was in my FOV(field of view). Just the opposite, they were the perfect size top, bottom and side views. No obstructions. 6). The only issue w/ plastic lenses is they SCRATCH! Even with the cloth they give you. My advice, DONT use anything other than soap and water in your hand and blow dry. 7). No fogging on the ride. We will wait till cooler weather to assess that characteristic. 8). I did NOT attempt to adjust the angle of the lenses, which is possible as well. Seems they are large enough for my face that I did NOT need to adjust. I am very happy with the size(131mm). ... show more
