Nice but dangerous
Style: Smart Gym
I just got this 2 days ago. Everything in the box seems solid other than the sheet metal that encloses the main parts. When you push on the dial to make changes the whole sheet metal also pushes with it. It should be clamped down better to make it more sturdy. The other issue I have with this is that the barbell remote is not working like it’s supposed to. When I lay for chest press I press the button and it doesn’t work. Took me about 20 times before it worked then the weight came down on me. I did it a few times then pressed the button again but the weight would not release. Very dangerous especially if I were to have maxed out and had no energy to push it all the way off of me so I could crawl out. Funny thing is the remote works every time if I’m not laying under the bar. Same thing happened when I tried to use that barbel for squats. With that said I do love the single handle workouts where you are not under the weight. These remotes are working great and these workouts aren’t dangerous even if the remote didn’t work. I could find a like on here to talk directly with the company so I hope they see this and can resolve the issue. ... show more

It works… it dos not pair up to the app. And you can’t get a hold of customer service for help

Review Image by Meggera
I bought this last month and I’ve used it and I like it but unfortunately it’s just a regular weight machine. It doesn’t have like the smart app aspect. I’ve tried setting this up numerous times to link with my phone so I can use the workout and resistance via the remote on my phone, but it never works. It always has the same error even after updating the firmware, I have messaged multiple times and nobody will get back to you. I don’t know what is going on. I know it’s relatively new product but this is pretty unsettling. ... show more

Expensive machine won’t connect or register

As someone else mentioned when using the dial the sheet metal cover pops with it and feels like it will break. It won’t connect to WiFi, the app recognizes the unit but won’t connect to it because the WiFi won’t connect.without the network connection and app it’s not a smart gym. It’s clearly designed for control by the app. the app doesn’t even recognize any available networks, it should be seeing like twenty on my street. Which means it won’t register, which means you can’t use the app, which means the machine is basically useless. At first I just wanted a unit that works. After trying to contact their customer service, now I just want a refund. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. Don’t do it. Pick up a bowflex for a quarter of what they want for this machine. I see some people did get it to connect, so maybe it’s an iPhone specific problem, that’s a pretty big problem though. I ended up returning it and getting a bowflex pr1000 for about a third of the price of this. It’s too bad, I really liked how compact this machine was, now I’m relegated to the basement. ... show more

Cheap and Faulty with Bad Customer Service
Style: Smart Gym
Stay away from this home gym. It is cheap, poorly supported, and has a terrible companion app. This almost feels like a scam. The customer service was a nightmare to deal with.

The machine itself works well as it should so far and I do like using this. However, there were some quality problems when I received this as you can see in the pictures. These were small issues and I was able to fix myself or does not interfere with the using the device but it would have been nice if these problems did not exist. I am keeping this and wi continue to use but I am not sure if I will recommend this unless you are really short on budget and you dont want to buy a bench separately. I thought this will also save some space but it actually needs more space than I imagined because it needs enough clearance to get the arms out and it does not have wheels so it istoo heavy to move. So you can not constantly move in and out of you want to put it away after a workout ... show more

This equipment is absolutely fantastic! Although I haven't been using it for long, actually less than a week, I've already fallen in love with it. Highly recommended! Unboxing and setup: I pondered for a while before getting it, and the delivery was lightning-fast. Soon enough, I received it. Upon unboxing, it looked just as sleek as shown in the pictures, blending seamlessly with the decor of my house. It required almost no installation, and in no time, I was all set for my first workout session. Home-friendly: My living space is quite cramped, but the Sensol home gym manages to fulfill all my fitness needs! It's incredibly space-saving, with slots inside the machine to store accessories like barbells and handles. When not in use, I can easily maneuver the machine solo and tuck it against the wall, perfect for my small room. Even my beloved cat loves lounging on its soft surface. High safety: The machine comes with 3 resistance buttons powered by batteries, and swapping batteries is a breeze, which is a great plus. I can effortlessly do bench presses and squats on my own. When I'm out of juice, just a tap on the button releases the resistance. It's really safe. Holding down the button for 5 seconds allows me to set the starting point of the resistance before training, ensuring that the resistance is minimal below a certain safety point, preventing the barbell from overwhelming me during workouts. User experience: Downloading the app and signing up for it doesn't require any additional subscription fees. Following the instructions, I connected to Wi-Fi and paired the machine. The machine offers multiple angles for adjustment, catering to all my daily exercise needs. The app constantly updates with a variety of workout programs and even generates exercise reports. Performance and effectiveness: The machine has three modes, each suitable for training different muscle groups, making it more convenient than traditional gyms. It's perfect for enthusiasts of activities like running, cycling, basketball, and even those looking for some challenging muscle workouts. Sensol can definitely replace a gym. I'm always excited to let my friends experience it whenever they come over. ... show more
