Anticipation for the machine's arrival grew, and the shipping exceeded expectations – it was dispatched on the same day as my purchase. The Sensol fitness bench pleasantly surprised me with its substantial weight and robust build. Trying out the three modes. Standard mode: Setting a weight of 30 pounds, the machine maintained a consistent 30 pounds of resistance throughout the entire exercise. Off-center mode: An intriguing mode where lifting requires less effort, but lowering the weight feels challenging, simulating someone pulling it down. Perfect for muscle growth. Constant speed mode: Tailored for beginners and those in rehabilitation, offering minimal resistance at low speeds and substantial resistance at a faster pace. Highly recommended, especially for chest presses. During my experimentation with the modes, I faced the dreaded scenario every fitness enthusiast fears – attempting an 80-pound chest press. After the fourth repetition, I realized my strength had depleted. Alone and with no spotter in sight, I remembered the unload button mentioned in the instructions, pressed it with my thumb, and the resistance instantly released. The Sensol fitness bench is genuinely safe, even for intense solo workouts! Following the provided instructions, I downloaded the Sensol mobile app, available for free on the app store. I just got this 2 days ago. Everything in the box seems solid other than the sheet metal that encloses the main parts. When you push on the dial to make changes the whole sheet metal also pushes with it. It should be clamped down better to make it more sturdy. The other issue I have with this is that the barbell remote is not working like it’s supposed to. When I lay for chest press I press the button and it doesn’t work. Took me about 20 times before it worked then the weight came down on me. I did it a few times then pressed the button again but the weight would not release. Very dangerous especially if I were to have maxed out and had no energy to push it all the way off of me so I could crawl out. Funny thing is the remote works every time if I’m not laying under the bar. Same thing happened when I tried to use that barbel for squats. With that said I do love the single handle workouts where you are not under the weight. These remotes are working great and these workouts aren’t dangerous even if the remote didn’t work. I could find a like on here to talk directly with the company so I hope they see this and can resolve the issue.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this last month and I’ve used it and I like it but unfortunately it’s just a regular weight machine. It doesn’t have like the smart app aspect. I’ve tried setting this up numerous times to link with my phone so I can use the workout and resistance via the remote on my phone, but it never works. It always has the same error even after updating the firmware, I have messaged multiple times and nobody will get back to you. I don’t know what is going on. I know it’s relatively new product but this is pretty unsettling.

As someone else mentioned when using the dial the sheet metal cover pops with it and feels like it will break. It won’t connect to WiFi, the app recognizes the unit but won’t connect to it because the WiFi won’t connect.without the network connection and app it’s not a smart gym. It’s clearly designed for control by the app. the app doesn’t even recognize any available networks, it should be seeing like twenty on my street. Which means it won’t register, which means you can’t use the app, which means the machine is basically useless. At first I just wanted a unit that works. After trying to contact their customer service, now I just want a refund. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. Don’t do it. Pick up a bowflex for a quarter of what they want for this machine. I see some people did get it to connect, so maybe it’s an iPhone specific problem, that’s a pretty big problem though. I ended up returning it and getting a bowflex pr1000 for about a third of the price of this. It’s too bad, I really liked how compact this machine was, now I’m relegated to the basement.

The machine itself works well as it should so far and I do like using this. However, there were some quality problems when I received this as you can see in the pictures. These were small issues and I was able to fix myself or does not interfere with the using the device but it would have been nice if these problems did not exist. I am keeping this and wi continue to use but I am not sure if I will recommend this unless you are really short on budget and you dont want to buy a bench separately. I thought this will also save some space but it actually needs more space than I imagined because it needs enough clearance to get the arms out and it does not have wheels so it istoo heavy to move. So you can not constantly move in and out of you want to put it away after a workout
