I live in Colorado Springs, CO. The altitude is about 6,000 ft. It's not Mt Everest but it is well above sea level. This motorcycle will not run at all because the carburetor is set at the factory with an extremely rich mixture, and it cannot be adjusted. I contacted the seller and was told: "if you want to ride it at high altitude that's your problem. Maybe you need a motorcycle with bigger engine" Needless to say, I was quite disappointed in that response. There is nothing in the Amazon listing that indicates the motorcycle is completely unable to function above sea level. I am currently waiting on the seller for a better resolution. I will update this review if the situation improves. I will avoid this seller from now on. ... show more

Scooter arrived quickly and in good condition. One of the handlebar grips was a little chewed up on the end, but other than that, everything seemed to be in good shape. Once everything was tightened up and the scooter was running, we did have an issue some stalling when stopping. This was able to be fixed with a slight idle adjustment. Everything seems to be fine at the moment. Just got the paperwork to get the title and plates. Company has been very thorough any time we have been assisted by someone.
