The 2nd Bulb out of the set I bought 2 weeks ago died today. It just started blinking and shut off and went offline. Alexa can't find it. I screwed into a lamp just like the other and it NEVER came on again. Flicked the lamp on and off several times. NOTHING I suspect the rest of the bulbs will do the same over the course of this month. Even if it happens within 6 months that is still unacceptable. On the box it is written they could last 18 years if used 3 hours a day. I guess my house is in some sort of time machine and it's the year 2040.... Buyer Beware ... show more

I bought 2 boxes of these bulbs (12 bulbs) they will not connect to the alexa app like they said they would. You can not reach customer service for assistance or a return. I'm very disappointed. Would highly recommend buying any other brand!!! Not this one!

Do not buy this product. You cannot connect directly thru Alexa but need their app which doesn't work and has server errors, leaving me unable to connect the bulbs and use them as wifi bulbs. Utterly useless.
