I have bought a couple of these toilets from different vendors. This one I’ve had nothing but problems with mainly the blower. They want me to call a repairman, but I have no idea who to call. I told them to send me the part and I would fix it myself, and they didn’t. I would look at other brands because this one is not a good investment! ... show more

The toilet worked well for some time but it requires the remote control to work properly. I have been unsuccessful in contacting the seller on 2 occasions through Amazon. I purchased from seller Chandank who is no longer selling with Amazon but like the phoenix, they are selling the same products under different names until they get enough bad reviews, then they change name.
