We got it Dec. 27, 2022 and it was securely packed. Had to, following instructions, slide the case off and remove packing from the inside also. Computer had the hardware that was listed in the description. So far I have no complaints about the computer. I have used it for gaming (loaded some large games) and a vector graphics editor program along with email, etc. While it isn't the top of the line graphics card (which I knew and didn't want to pay for) it has opened up many more gaming choices than my old computer. Have no complaints at this point for the computer or mouse that came with it. The keyboard is fine but although it has multi-colored backlight, it doesn't really do enough to make keys visible. I can touch type letters but need to sometimes look at numbers, etc. and I don't find the keyboard that easy to see, at least not with my vision and lighting. The Blue Tooth is supplied via a dongle (included) and seems to be working fine when I use my BT earbuds. I can't really comment on the included Wi-Fi dongle as I have it connected to the router using an ethernet cable. Love the fast boot-up. Happy so far. ... show more

    • Absolute Garbage- 2 units died in 6 months or less... Don't waste your time.
PC was bought for my son's birthday and first tower wouldn't boot in about under 2 months... Luckily it was still within in 90 day return period, so we were able to get a replacement... The return process took so long, I actually had to purchase a second computer and wait for my money to be refunded, weeks later. The second PC and will not even start up, after about 6 months of use... Not to mention, this PC is only used on weekends, so it is hardly even used over that stretch of time. If you're going to roll the dice on these refurbished PC's, 100% buy the extended warranty. All of the data is gone, his games, etc. Clearly these computers are not built to last and are priced accordingly. ... show more

This is one amazing pc i suggest you guys to buy is it’s amazing the graphics is amazing and it has google chrome already installed but on thing is the internet port I suggest you to buy a internet cable but overall I would buy a second one ngl

The PC performs very well in many known titles at good fps. Comes with windows 10 pro and a decent graphics card which is the GTX 1650 that performs well in a big range of games. I'm very satisfied with my purchaise.
