Aside with some struggles with assembly this was a great purchase. Bought for my mom and dad for Christmas. Originally told I “shouldn’t have” and it was much too big for any space in the home. It is now in the living room sandwiched between two recliners. Everyone has used it including the kids. My father uses it daily. My mom about once or twice a week. My father is just shy of 6’ and is able to fit in it comfortably. It is very heavy. My husband and I snuck it in the house and put it together on Christmas Eve and we probably should’ve have a third person help. Both of us hurt our backs putting the darn thing together.     • Air Bags not strong at all, useless.
Tha airbags in calf, arm, shoulder are all useless. I just spent 3 hours assembling it... Can't believe I am thinking about returning it... Dont buy this product. I am 5'8" 170 lbs, so I am not small, but I cant even feel the airbags at all... they briefly touch you and release....

Just put it together today. Everything works but not a good chair. The masager is off centered and the neck message bumps the back of your head. The air bags inflate but doses nothing. I am sorry , just not a good product. Company offered me over $100. 00 to keep it. We packed it up and Sent it back in the same condtion. There is a portable chair on Amazon that is much better and It works properly. Now I am just Waiting for a refund. ... show more
