So I will be breaking this down in a few sections. Assembly: The instructions are not the greatest, but it was actually extremely easy to assemble. I would recommend having an extra person around to help to make it a bit easier though. Connecting the air tubes was a bit of a pain, but again, pretty easy. Comfort: This thing is great! I love the waist and calf compression the most, but as a whole, it provides a great experience. Better than the ones you see sitting at the mall. Price: It's actually incredibly cheap for what you get. I've sat in $3-5k chairs at retail stores and honestly could not tell a difference. Don't think twice. Buy it. Bluetooth Sound Quality: The sound is good. Not great, but good. It lacks bass, but it can get pretty loud. Connecting via Bluetooth is very simple. Great feature! All in all, I highly recommend this massage chair. Will probably get a 2nd when they are back in stock!

Best purchase i've made in a long time, been using this a month now and it's helped so much for my back and leg pain. The foot rollers feel amazing on the bottom of my feet! Only thing I wish it had was knee area massage. Came in 3 boxes and was super easy to assemble, took maybe 10-20 mins tops. Moving it around is fairly simple cause it has wheels in the back. pretty comfortable, could use a little more padding in the back but i just laid a blanket over the back and feels much better. The leather it is made of us super easy to clean as well which is great cause my 3 year old already got chocolate all over it and it wipe off super easy. Also great customer service! The price dropped $50 after i bought it and didn't receive it yet and they refunded me $50 as soon as i got it :)

Great chair for the price compared to other chairs I've seen. This was purchased for the wife after she was involved in a car accident. It was very easy to assemble and all the parts were included and in good shape. She likes all the different functions and the heating aspects. She says the back massage rollers are very relaxing but she is a bit too short for the neck massage rollers to hit the areas of her neck she needs it to, which is a bit disappointing for her. It would be nice if the Bluetooth speakers had it's own volume control but depending on the device connected, it's not a deal breaker.

Chair arrived and was put together rather easily. There are 3 pieces that weigh from 40-90 lbs so you have to be able to lift that weight. After assembling, the hip and arm airbags didn't inflate. I emailed for several days with support in an Asia time zone, so had to wait days in between to get responses. Responses were not helpful (basically refered to the manual which was followed to assemble it), and then stopped altogether, so ended up asking for a refund. Upon asking they said I should have reached out to them to fix it first! This was after at least 3 emails where they gave unclear instructions and I sent pictures back. They sent me a return authorization but asked me to pay for shipping on 3 very heavy pieces and that I would get reimbursed, since it was defective. Between putting it together, taking it apart and all the service transactions in between. Then boxing it back up for pickup,it felt like I should have been paid a weeks wage! As for the chair, had it worked, I would have kept it to avoid the hastle of a return, although the bolts didn't fully line up (so it was a bit unstable) too heavy and awkward to really move around, and the chair seat cushion was hard and not cushion-like at all.

This is the first massage chair I have owned at this price level. Literally put it together about 15 mins before typing this review. Shipping: It comes in 3 seperate boxes. The one I had tracking info on was for the final box. Took about 5 days to get all 3 boxes. It was packaged carefully. I did receive a damaged piece. As you can see in the picture. Other than that it was how it should be. Assembly: It took about 25mins to completely put together. The instructions help but they are kind of vague. Not too bad though. If you've put things together before, you'll be fine. Product: It's brand new and upon the first massage it is promising to look forward too on those stressful days. Cleaning up after a workout and then decompressing in this thing are going to be amazing. It's a perfect substitute to a couple shots of whiskey (might do both). It's a quality product that matches the higher priced competition. Loads of options. You're getting more than you paid for. Saves from scheduling a massage.
