The neck rollers barley touch my neck, the shoulder air bags don't touch my shoulders either. I have to sit in odd positions and move around to the chair which defeats the purpose. Also half the lighted key pad never worked so have to have the lights on to see it. I'm pretty normal size 5 10 200 lbs too. Menards one for 100.00 more would have been a much better purchase. ... show more

I’m not sure if I like it just yet. If I was fatter I could feel the buttock air bags but I’m a little smaller. 5’2” 120lbs the foot massager wish it has more pressure but just sat it up today will have to get use to how to work it.
