I recently purchased this INOVIVA juicer/smoothie maker and I am very satisfied with it! First of all, its biggest highlight is that it does not require ice cubes. Just pour in the liquid and select the preset mode to make a perfect smoothie. This design is really convenient, especially for families who like to prepare drinks quickly. The device is very simple to use, the touch interface is intuitive, and the five preset modes can meet almost all needs, whether it is making alcoholic beverages or milkshakes and juices. It is very convenient. The machine is fast and has powerful compression technology. It can make a glass of smoothie in about 15-20 minutes. At the same time, the power consumption is also very low, which impressed me. What I like most is that it comes with a cleaning function, and I almost don’t spend extra time cleaning it after use. The large capacity of 68oz is also enough to meet the needs of a family, and it is more than enough even for parties. I received the Slushie machine as a gift from my wife, she knows how much I enjoy slushies, especially here in the Las Vegas heat. Having this machine is a money saver when compared to buying slushies in stores. Also being able to make your own favorite flavor slushies and adult sluhies is such a plus. While I loved this gift, after unpacking, we noticed the control panel was not securely fastened to the machine. While it worked the panel was loose and kinda annoying when using the touch control panel, it would move, thus making it more a push button panel. I contacted Inoviva Customer Support and they asked me to try a fix. It didn't work, so Daisy from Customer Support told me she would send a replacement machine. I didn't expect that, I thought we would have to send the machine back and wait for repairs. But Daisy told me they would replace it and no need to worry about waiting for any repairs to the one we had. I was super impressed with her help and speedy response and understanding. I highly recommend this company, it was such a pleasure knowing they stand behind their product and have excellent support! Thank you again Daisy and Inoviva for an excellent product and support!

This has been a great product so far. I bought it for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. We enjoy making the kids frozen drinks and margaritas for the adults. My only complaint is that I wish it were a little bigger. A group of 4 can each have a drink each while the next road is being made but having a larger machine would certainly make it easier. No issues, easy to clean. Recommend the product.

I brought this machine after doing research on several other brands and found that it met my needs and price range. Unfortunately, after it arrived as per the instructions you have to wait a min of 2 hours before use. I waited much longer and while waiting I read the instruction manual cover to cover I wanted to ensure that it would work just like the video. I plugged it in, and the panel read OP. How could it read OP I hadn't done anything but take it out the box, placed it on my kitchen counter, made sure that it was placed more than 3 inches on all sides from the wall as instructed still OP showed up. I unplugged it and cleaned and dried it as instructed and placed everything back as instructed still OP showed up. I reached out to Customer Support for additional assistance followed their instructions and OP still showed up. The machine has been returned; it was picked up today 1/14/2026 by UPS

If you have ever dreamed of having a 7/11 slushie machine parked right in your kitchen congratulations this product is basically that dream come true. This thing is so easy it practically makes the slushies itself. I threw in some Coke hit play and like magic I had a frosty masterpiece without even breaking a sweat or leaving the house. Honestly the hardest part was deciding whether to make another round or just sip in silent appreciation. The self-cleaning function deserves a standing ovation. It is like having a tiny cleaning fairy who lives inside the machine and never complains. Plus it means no more wrestling with sticky parts in the sink while questioning my life choices. My family has gone full slushie cult. The machine is running more often than my neighbor’s lawn mower and nobody is complaining. Frozen margaritas frappés milkshakes we have basically turned every liquid in the fridge into a frozen delight. After a few weeks I cannot believe we ever lived without this glorious invention. TLDR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars This machine turned my house into Slushie HQ and my only regret is not buying it sooner.
