I’m actually in the process of using it now for the first time. I thought that this would actually work this machine was gone for a few hours. It started to freeze up a little bit then I came down to get a slushy about six minutes ago is Water}. I would like to have a refund or send me another one.

First of all, you have to wait 2 hours before you plug it up. After that, 2 hours, it works wonderful, easy to clean. There is a spot on the it will wash the soapy water through there for 3 minutes. So it's easy to clean, I don't read some of the reviews by other people which are misleading. That's why they give you an instruction book on how to use it And if you plugged it up soon , you got it , and it's not darn , nothing , that's because you didn't wait the two hours

I do like this , BUT when it come time to clean this , it’s very hard to get all the spots , especially under the metal cooling drum . And then there’s this hole , well when you remove the housing unit , some liquid tend to go down this hole , but not sure where this hole lead to . Manual doesn’t say . And don’t rely on the “self cleaning mode” , it’s not going to clean this , so far making slushies , it’s good and clean good . Making milk shake , it’s good , cleaning .. it’s like having a 6 year old washing dishes …
