item arrived 5 days early. item arrived well packaged and seems in great condition. well i tried to make a slushed drink so i tried with sprite and it barely freezes on high freeze temp setting. so me thinking I'm doing something wrong, restarted the whole process but following their recipe book, and still no luck. i beginning to think that it's not freezing cold enough on the slush setting which is the only reason i purchased item. but the functionality and everything is great. it's been over two hours and still running and barely any slush. no alcohol

I'm not impressed. I bought this because price was great and the reviews are good. So I have another one that is a Walmart brand it's an Inoviva brand and it makes a slushy and a milkshake the way it is supposed to be made. I have seen plenty of videos with the ninja I still think my inoviva works better. This machine does not freeze enough for a nice slushy and barely makes a milkshake no matter how long I had it run. I will be returning it for a refund. I will purchase another INOVIVA DEFINITELY

One of the best purchases I have ever made! Wine slushies, root beer slushies, orange cream, Moscow Mule slushies, we have done it all!!! Perfect and sooooo refreshing!! Easy to clean, and I’m buying another one so take to the beach! One for the kids, and one for the grown ups!!!!!!! Get one!
