The media could not be loaded. I’ve made some really delicious matcha green tea ice cream with this machine using half and half, condensed milk, evaporated milk and organic matcha green tea!! Literally my new fav ice cream. No more buying ice cream from stores that I don’t understand their ingredients list. This is def a must have and it’s super easy to clean . This machine is great for milkshakes slushies frappes and ice cream. I used to it to make a banana milkshake today and forgot to take a video but I will upload a video when I use it again! The way I made it was with evaporated milk, condensed milk, some heavy cream and banana extract and a tad bit of vanilla extract. It was delicious and the texture was so smooth and nice. I highly recommend purchasing this machine as it comes with great customer service as well! Cannot wait to enjoy the summer and share this with my family whenever they visit

Was so excited, so disappointed. Buttons don't work, machine doesn't work and reviews all changed from a 4,5 reviewed item to now around 2 all saying the same thing, deceptive advertising and so many more issues. Buyer beware. The headaches are horrible and no fun having to repackage and send the item back.

I always wanted a soft Ice cream machine. The +$1000 price was never the problem; it was the cleaning and the weight of these things; +150-200 lbs. When I saw this, at the price and weight I had to get one. I tried making soft cream using milk, and sugar. It was terrible, especially with 2% milk. It froze too fast. Later I used heavy cream and or half and half, more sugar, and it came out perfect. In my view is, you use cheap ingredients, you get cheap results. The thing is very easy and fast to clean, but I gave it 4 stars, because the door on top where you pour in the ingredients is very flimsy, and I accidently broke off both small tabs that door swings open and closed. I have to now pop it on or off. To get good slushie's I had to add sugar. Confusing, but there are only two buttons, one you push for 2-3 seconds, then you press again until it selects your selection, or press the clean button to clean. The things in the middle look like buttons, but they are only lights. Two other buttons reduce or increase the temperature. Lights will flash on your selection until temp is reached, and then it stays on steady. I did not receive mine for free, I paid.

When i purchased it for 270.00 the reviews were good. No matter how much liquid you put in it leaks all over the counter. At least half the fill. Of course we didn’t use it right away and now its more then 30 days and not returnable via Amazon. And there is no way to contact Syintao. I don’t leave bad reviews, but I can’t waste that much money and do not want anyone else to get screwed over. Never had a product purchased with Amazon let me down like this with no help available. Not happy with either company right now.

Brand new right out of the box and pieces were missing. Didn't know what at the time but pouring liquid in the tank and it leaked all over the sides and counter top. Found out there is supposed to be a seal back plate that goes on the backside of the tank. The seal keeps it from leaking. Guess they decided not to include that in this box. Absolutely 100% unusable without it. Won't even get to the OFF setting without that cover plate. Only show EO code. Should have bought a Ninja, reviews for those are great. Stay away from this machine. Zero customer service to get in touch with as it comes from China. Company name doesn't even have contact information.
