I was very upset. First time using the whole liquid start pooling from the machine and for my cabinets and floor dirty. I was in a middle of a dinner party and wanted to show case my new purchase. My nephew has one and I wanted the same. His is fine my was not. I have returned and it is still in transit. It sure it is a long wait to get the credit back. I am grateful I did keep the box which I usually dine when I intend to keep the product. I am sad it did not work as we were so excited to use it

This slushie machine is great. We enjoy all the selections available. This machine is easy to operate. The freeze time is good and we are able to enjoy our slushies for hours. The design of the machine helps using with ease.

We have only used it to make regular slushies and ice cream so far. The slushies have been awesome but the ice cream never got beyond milk shake texture. It would not cool below 28 degrees so it never reached soft serve texture. We let it stay on for well over an hour hoping for more cooling. We definitely like it but a little disappointing that it won't make good soft serve.
