This juicer works quite well and I have used it a few times a week for about 10 weeks now with no major issues. One decent thing about this is that so far for me, it does not overheat not get stuck too often. As long as you cut up your veggies/fruits so they fit well in the chute and do not overload it, things will go through smoothly. I often run the material through twice, but that is just my preference - not needed. I also usually add some of the skins (lemons, oranges, and apples) through as I want the extra nutrients. One issue that I do have is that if you are running peaches grapes or anything with a larger water concentration, the mesh filter does not seem to like it as much (also with cucumber). So, cleaning the filter half way through help to clear the gooey junk. It takes some patience to use but honestly is quite a powerhouse and does do what it says it does. ... show more

    • Don't Loose The Instruction Manual
I would recommend this unit to my friends/family. My juicer came with the instruction manual. Page 3 has a decent diagram of the parts. Each part has a number that helps when you're ready to assemble the unit. Page 9 - 12 covers the assembly process. I had to go back and forth to page 3 and 9-12 to be sure I did it correctly. Page 12 description box 11 will advise to drink asap because the juice will have a degraded taste and nutrient content if exposed in the air to long. FYI, not mentioned is that I read a long time ago not to gulp down the juice. Let it collect a little saliva from your mouth before swallowing to help proper digestion. Included on page 12 description box 11 it mentions in bold letters = Do not touch the power cord with wet hands to avoid electrical shock, leakage or fire. It did come with a separate instruction card the same size of the instruction manual with actual color photos of the machine. To me it's not to good because the print is way to small to read and the photos does not really help. The instruction manual is much better for assembly instructions. The instruction manual has all kinds of information laid out in sections = Tips for Ingredients, Instructions on Selection of Fruits, ( the Selection of Fruits diagram will mention vegetables), Maintenance, Safety Index, Trouble Shooting and Warranty information. The warranty section has an email, 5 different scan things called WeChat, Facebook, VK, Line and WhatsApp. Also a warranty card to cut out with scissors = (Please fill in the table and email it within 10 days from the date of purchase. Masticating units like this are considered a Slow Juicer and it is slow. But the benefits is suppose to be less oxidation and less heat because of the auger. Centrifugal Juicers uses blades and spins much faster but it's suppose to cause heat on the extracted juice. If you're in a hurry up life style a masticating may not be for you but they are known to last longer in regards to breaking down. Centrifugal are known to break down sooner. I can say that Centrifugal can break down after a few months because I owned two. A majority of Centrifugal units cost a lot less money than Masticating units. The Masticating Juicer, AMZCHEF as stated in the instruction manual will say (page 11 Section 9) Note: Keep the machine operating for less than 10 minutes. Long time work will destroy the motor, sounds like someone overseas wrote this last sentence. Section 8 mentions any hard core, seed, skin and shell shall be removed in advance. I leave the skin on (apples = no core , no seeds to be safe), radishes, beets pretty much any thin skin fruits and vegetables. I would definitely remove skins from oranges, lemons and pineapples. I think cucumbers is a popular item to juice. Since I don't like cucumbers I would not not know skin or no skin. This unit is easy to clean for me. Don't force any parts to disassemble > Be sure and press the button on the housing - base - motor main unit to release to the Drum = (#10). My unit came with a plastic wrench #14 page 7 on my manual to remove the juice cover in a clockwise direction. The unit has an auto cutoff to prevent over heating. If that happens they recommend to let cool down for 20-30 minutes. It also has a reverse button in case the fruit/vegetable clogs the pathway. I cut everything in small pieces to fit in the feed chute but not tiny. Just read the manual to be familiar with this unit and you should be ok. To me it seems well made. I bought this unit because I believe the juice produced will be better/healthier than Centrifugal Juicers. I hope you appreciate all this information, LOL. It earned 4 stars and I gave it the 5th star hoping that it's durable. I believe it is durable and will last for a long time.     • Perfect For the Beginner in a Fasted Lifestyed

I am dedicating myself to a fasting lifestyle, and only had a blender. This made prepping for a juice fast really hard, and an all day process. Until I bought this juicer! Affordable, easy to assemble, this is a great beginner friendly juicer. My only complaint, I wish the foot of the machine extended an extra inch or so. It has a slight gap, which leads to some juice leaking out. But i Just make sure the cups are close together to accommodate that issue. Juicers are notorious for being hard to clean, this one is a quick job and the brush is convenient for getting between the metal teeth. All in All, you cant go wrong with buying this juicer and building a routine. A fasting lifestyle could save your life. Give it a try! ... show more

    • Works great but doesn't suit my needs

My family is really into lemonade this summer, so I bought this type of machine to save time and avoid hand and wrist pain (I used to use a handheld citrus juicer), and also to keep our options open in case we wanted to try making other juices too. Overall, this machine worked great and I had no problems with it but it's just not time efficient for me. If I want to make any kind of citrus juice, I have to make sure to cut off the peel and white layer or else the juice ends up terribly bitter. That takes a lot of time when I need to cut so many lemons and I lose a lot of juice on the cutting board! So for that reason alone, I have chosen to return it. Instead I will be purchasing a dedicated citrus juicer that only requires one cut and one press into the machine. ... show more

This juicer is AMAZING! It goes to together quickly and comes apart easily. It comes with a brush which makes it super easy to clean. This gets every little bit of juice out of whatever I put through it and then I put the pulp in the garden.
