  • Easy to assemble, use, and clean. Large juice container. Makes great juice!
I ordered this for my neighbor, and she loves it! She said it’s easy to assemble and use and makes great juice. She’s used both fruits and vegetables in it, and they all worked well. It’s quick and easy to clean. It’s heavy enough so it doesn’t dance around the counter top, but not so heavy that it’s difficult to maneuver for a senior who has arthritis. The juice pitcher is nice and large and any leftover juice can go right into the refrigerator in it. The juice tastes really good, as only fresh-squeezed juice can. It was on sale, so if it continues to work well, it will be a good value for the money. Breville is a time-tested quality brand. ... show more

  • A great purchase!
This is an absolute powerhouse of a juicer! It’s easy to assemble and easy to clean. The strength of the motor is worth the price point on the juicer. The outcome of juice is rather low but I think that would go for any juicer machine. I think it’ll last me several years to come which I’m very excited about. ... show more

  • Super smooth juice, the juicer looks and feels sturdy, powerful motor
I like how smooth carrot and beetroot juice come out of this machine!!! The foam on top is thick and smooth!!! It is powerful and looks sturdy. If you feed it reasonably and not too fast it will juice well and there will be no wasted juice in the pulp. It is not expensive and is a very good replacement for my previous quality juicer which lasted over 5 years. I got this one a few weeks ago and cannot vouch for its reliability. It is hard to find good appliances unless you have read reviews from consumer magazines or review sites. It is always good to check them for reliability as well as how well they are rated in different aspects like juicing capability and noise. Breville is a reliable brand. Other reviewers pointed out how this juicer is quieter comparatively and also has a large capacity. The only small negative is that it takes a little bit more room on the counter than my previous juicer due to its large capacity, but I still give this 5 stars (with the assumption that it is reliable), as I like it. Update after a year or so from the original post: It has been pretty reliable and I highly recommend it. I rarely give 5 star rating and this is one of them. ... show more

  • Good So Far
This is my first juicer. Bought it on prime day. It's huge - much larger than I expected. Works well. I'm disappointed by the amount of juice it produces but that's probably my naivete, not the juicer's fault. Juicing is expensive and it feels like a big production with the food prep and cleanup. Usually consumes about an hour of my time from start to finish. All that said, the juice tastes better than anything I've ever bought. It's pretty sad when you realize what orange juice is really supposed to taste like versus what they've been selling us. Quality is very nice. Very easy to assemble and disassemble. Having a large sink will make cleaning it easier. Easy to understand and use. I only use the pitcher to collect the juice. I store it in reused juice or sports drink bottles. ... show more

  • Recommended juice extractor, perfect.
I bought this very high-quality juicer and I've been using it for a while. It makes great juices; the blades are thick, sharp, and very good, and it doesn't leave any whole pieces of fruit.

  • Breville is Better!
The media could not be loaded. Love my new Breville juicer. I’ve had the smaller version for over 4 years and decided I needed an upgrade. Great quality, easy clean up and great motor. You can throw a whole apple in there too! Any ways if you can’t eat your veggies, then juice ‘em! The price was worth it! Check out the pictures and video, taught my teenage son to juice for me 😁. ... show more

  • This juicer wastes your time, money, and fruits/veges!
This juicer was a complete bust. While it was fast and easy to use. The waste pulp was way too wet. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a matter of user error, so I tried different sizes and shapes for the fruits and veges I would feed into the chute. I noticed on my first few runs, that inserting smaller pieces would inevitably result in them shooting almost immediately, partially chewed, into the waste bucket. I then start leaving them larger and larger, so they would have direct pressure from the plunger, almost holding them in place against the blade. I would still wind up with pretty large pieces of fruit or vegetable in the basket. I also tried using carrots, celery, apples, cucumbers, beets, cactus fruit, lettuce, kale, cabbage, collard greens, etc. Large portions of my input would just wind up in the waste basket. The pieces that did caught in the blade would consistently end up really wet and in the basket. The last two times I used the juicer, I squeezed the pulp in a cheesecloth and was able to get a considerable amount of juice out of it. I have included a picture of the last juice output. In an attempt to fill the pitcher, I juiced enough fruits and vegetables to get the pitcher approximately 75 percent full. I then dug into the basket and started squeezing the waste. I was able to squeeze an additional 2 cups of juice out of the pulp. I have included a picture of the juice level in the pitcher and what would have been thrown away had I not gone back for the second squeeze. I called Breville to see if they had any advice. Their customer service never answered the phone. I placed four phone calls. For two of those calls, I waited on hold for a representative that never answered. For the other two calls, I took the option of getting a call back. I left my phone number and never got a return call. I had an old centrifugal juicer some years back. I got rid of it because it was too loud and it would shake while it was spinning. It made me feel like it was going to explode or tear my countertop apart. I soon after bought a masticating juicer. The juice that it produced was great. The pulp was always dry, BUT I hated cutting the pieces up into little bite sized morsels. It felt like such a waste of time. I moved over to this Breville because I wanted to be able to throw giant pieces into the chute to save time and energy. Truth of the matter is, the time you save not cutting up vegetables, gets spend squeezing out pulp. If you don't squeeze out your pulp with this thing then you are basically throwing money away every time you make a juice. Juicing is already kindof expensive as it is. To know that you are getting maybe 60 percent usage of your produce is too unnerving for me to deal with. I went back to my masticating juicer. ... show more

  • Love that it doesn’t take a lot is space for storage
We use this every day! It’s easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning! Worth the price! It has a lot of power as well! The size is great and doesn’t take a lot of rim on your countertop and it’s super sturdy when juicing. You don’t have to worry about it tipping. All the juices we make come out tasting clean and fresh as they should! ... show more
