It’s as described - good value & quality. Given as a gift for a commuter. The heat is nice. Multiple adapters is great. We mainly got it for the massage portion (most cars have heated seats) due to him being a Chef traveling 1.5/2hrs to wk. this is a nice option - honestly too nice bc it put him to sleep! Would recommend

Very good massage/vibrate function, especially when it alternates the areas and modes - nice! Main reason I bought this pad. I'm not sure how warm the heat gets, but it is not a bonafide heating pad that you can adjust. A nice feature to have though. Only drawback is that my office chair is a straight sided type and the upper strap could not fit around it. Also, there are no straps to fit the seat portion onto the chair. It has loops that you could use, but no straps. Velcro straps are available w/ buckles that can be fit to length here on Amazon. Deduct 1/2 star. I'll update later after I use it in the car for a long trip.
