I'm quite disappointed in this product from the ad.I thought it was a chair massage pad. The truth is, it's got pockets of air that fill up and press against you and point on the back. I'm lower back and buttocks. That push against you. There is no massage at all. There is also heat. I thought this was going to massage me up-and-down the back and the neck I'm very disappointed for the price. However, the unit was made. Very well, all quality, just not what I wanted.

I highly recommend this product because it uses air -filled bladders to massage your painful areas, instead of hard rollers or balls. It is quite relaxing and soothing. The pain is relieved before you know it. In addition the massager offers various choices of massage, heat location, and application. However, I do use a one inch foam pad over the massager where I am most sore, as suggested in the instructions. It is a new innovation in controlling chronic pain. And it works.

I bought this massager because I have severe sciatica and low back pain. It fits nicely in my recliner. It’s kind of heavy and bulky for me to move so my husband put it in our spare chair so I can use it there and still use my recliner without it. It has great vibration levels to choose from and trust me you will really love the kneading it does on your low back and buttocks. My only complaint and the reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it only has one setting for heat level. I like a lot of heat and this massager has heat but could be hotter for me. But I like a lot of heat. Some people might not but it would have been nice to have a choice.

First and foremost, the item arrived very quickly and was exactly as it is described. This massager is one like I have never used before as it utilizes several airbags placed strategically it administer your massage. It was different for me the first time, but now that i have played with the settings and found my groove, I really feel the benefits and it definitely helps relieve fatigue from long car drives and extended sit down time at home. I think I will continue to adapt to massager over the next several uses and it wil become one of my favorite that i have ever used. Thanks Slothmore! Keep up the great work!
