I have bought and used Dyson and Shark—and they quality appliances—not knocking them. However, I have think, curly hair and was able to dry it in HALF the time the others took. When I first opened the dryer, I thought oh, this isn’t what I thought. It is very compact. I have used it 2 times so far, and it’s a keeper! Very quiet and light. It has lots of power for the size. I really do like it. I will report back and let you know if I love it! I think I will!

First off, I really love this hair dryer. I feel like it is much easier on my hair. On Sept 19, the heating element went out. On Sept 24 I had a new one delivered to my home. I was able to take care of the whole thing through email. I received an email within 10 minutes of sending it. Several emails were exchanged. I received almost instant answers ti each one.
