Didn't expect much with it being attached to doorframe with adhesive tape and velcro, but even if the tape fails the gear has the space to drill holes through, to better attch to doorframe with screws! The piece used for the "curtain rod" to slide wheel/hooks along is thin flexible plastic and proably the "lowest" quality of the parts, but also makes it easy to sneak wheel/hooks on in middle of rod vs only at the ends. The acctual netting and magnetic attachments and weights sewn in, is one of then best quality screens ive ever baught! They have wieghts on the bottom that naturally pull the screen back into place on its own! The magnetic clasp in the center holding the two sides closed, is sooooo strong! I had to push my pups through a few times to show em, it will open up with enough force! But I assume with use over time, the magnets strength with lighten up, Better to be to strong then not strong enough! The whole curtain slides so very smoothly as well! The curtain hooks are attached to the rod with wheels. And again with the nice wieghts being on the bottom, the curtain keeps itself closed with ease! Very nice product! And very adaptable gear to work with most any entrance!

I didn't know they made these magnetic insect screens for garage doors. I've seen the expensive ones that use the garage door rails but not a Velcro one like I have for my patio door. Installation took some time to figure out because my frame is different than what the instructions show. My jamb doesn't have the 90° piece. And you can't slide the screen in from the ends, only from the middle. I started from the each end and worked my way to the middle. Placing the rollers in as I went. Then I cut the last rail in two and then was able mount screen. It works nicely. The screen and magnets are off good quality. It slides back and forth effortlessly and you can tie it up on the ends with the included Velcro straps. I like the lace material they used to hide the hardware. Prefer it wasn't lacy but it does the job. Now I can keep the garage door up and the insects out! Now ilI have to buy the two door garage one.

Product came well packaged. Installation instructions pretty straightforward. Sizing was spot on. This senior gal got it up alone (minus the lace header) with patience. The bottom could be better weighted but I Macgyvered a workaround and now it’s perfect so my little dogs can’t sneak under. I’ll get a smaller one for the door from garage to patio and will have a comfortable working space that will get a nice breeze and allow me to be out there without being eaten alive by skeeters. Oh, I did have issue in leaving the screen in place and opening the garage door. The bottom magnets would attach to the garage door and pull up. I had 2 patio umbrella poles that I filled with pea gravel and sealed. I then attached the poles to the bottom of the screen with 2 larger magnets. Problem solved. UPDATE: Velcro tape is already turning loose from the finished, non-textured drywall in the heat.

Does its job. Although not very well. The roller wheels are plastic. Have had several of the wheel rivets pull through. Also they don’t hold their shape so I am constantly putting them back on the track. These really should be made out of aluminum. Would be happy to have paid more for the product. Not worth the price currently
