I have only gotten to use a few times since I just received this week the only issue I had when received was a small issue with the mug press. However, I did contact the seller and they contacted me back within 24 hours. They resolved the issue very quickly I would recommend. Shipment the item actually came in a few days early as well. The press and attachments were packaged very well inside the box.

I ordered this press in June. When it arrived I checked it and found the tumbler press was damaged and the shirt press had a huge dent. I contacted the seller who offered a replacement part. Back and forth with the seller only to find they couldn't replace the part. They offered me a "brand new" press after I said I wanted to return it. The new press came. The first thing that was strange was the return authorization slip on the inside of the box. I inspected all the parts and nothing appeared to be damaged. Then I checked the actual machine. When it was plugged in, nothing happens. No lights, no heating up, just the on off switch illuminated. I figured I could use the machine works from the first one and the mug press from the second. It does work nicely but now I have a lot of waste to dispose of. It was obviously a returned press which probably didn't work. The seller was helpful at first but the final message when I explained that the second machine didn't work was for me to send videos etc. I wasn't going to start with that again. Bottom line, check the packaging and working of the press if you purchase. If you decided to return it, they have to send you a label so will require working with the seller. Also don't count on it being "brand new". If I were to do it again, I would probably spend the extra money to get a different one.
