Not many instructions. So far has worked very well for shirts. I struggled with doing hats in it and not having the hats warp. Overall im pleased with it. Temperature is easy to control and the heat is distributed beautifully for the shirts. This was a good value for the money.

i ordered this for my small business to press my own shirts and mugs. i love how it swings away and can program the setting. i used the tumbler one time after that it wouldn't heat. i emailed the company, and got a quick response back. they sent me out a new one and had it within a week. it was pink and my equipment is mint green, but the color doesnt matter to me as long as it works. great customer service. ... show more

UPDATE 02/18/2026: Slendor stopped responding to my emails about activating the “2-year warranty”. This company scams consumers into buying their heat press by offering a warranty that they have no intentions of fulfilling. The heat press is a cheap piece of junk that I now have to replace after two (2) months! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS EQUIPMENT! UPDATE: I do not recommend! Manufacturer lures you in with a warranty that they won't uphold. This manufacturer’s warranty is a joke! I’ve emailed them because there are cold spots on the heat press and the mug press resulting in blurred images around the edges and they told me to pre-heat it, which is what I do in general. They are stalling which in turn delays my orders. I’ve sent them pictures of the damaged items I’ve pressed and they are still stalling. They only respond to emails once per day, if that, and they will keep asking questions that you have already answered to keep delaying/stalling in hopes that you will give up in frustration. There are better products and manufacturers for heat presses. I do not recommend this machine! Arrived damaged with a significant dent in one of the corners. ... show more
