It looked as if there would be a lot of extra material to go under the mattress to secure the pad but there wasn't. The measurements said it was suppose to fit a full mattress but it's a very tight fit and I had to pull and tug to stretch it to fit. It is very nice tho and soft. My cat fell in love with it right away so I was not even able to finish making my bed. I think he thinks it was for him since it is blue..lol Overall I'm happy with it. I just hope it does not shrink when I wash it. Also since it barely fit I'm afraid it's not going to after I receive the 3 inch topper I just purchased...opps!! I have a 10" memory mattress and the waterproof cover that came with it is huge and moves too much so I bought the 3" topper to put on my mattress under that cover to fill it up. At least I sure hope it does. So my overall review is it is a great mattress pad. Very beautiful in the Blues and white checkered pattern!! My cat rates that a 10++ Well worth the price I paid! ... show more

At first I wasn't impressed but then I put it in the dryer on low for 30min to fluff it up and wow! What a difference that made. I got a king size for my queen size bed because of the reviews that it's smaller then regular size and I'm glad I did since the king fits my queen perfectly. Also the deep pockets will ensure it won't shift. I'm fully surprised over the quality considering that it was so cheap ... show more
