This is a very good company for starters. I have bought from them before over 5 years ago. This time we tried the cooling comfort memory foam in a King. I recently hurt my lower back and nothing I'm sleeping on is giving any comfort. We have a sleep number bed that has been uncomfortable since we got it and have had a sleep number topper on the bed which made is doable. It's at it's life expectancy and time to upgrade. For this topper - the cooling comfort memory foam - neither myself or my husband feel it is cool at all. I think it is the pad that is provided that goes over the memory foam as the memory foam by itself is cooling to the touch. When you put the pillow top pad over it - it negates the cool feeling. It is much firmer than the previous "different brand" topper we just sent back (it was too darn soft no matter what number we put our bed) but not as plush as we both thought it would be. Husband is happy...I'm still having pain when I wake up no matter what number I put my side of the bed on with the sleep number adjustments. I feel like Goldilocks...porridge is too hot...porridge is too cold. LOL Seems like we are all having a sleep deprivation problem in this country when you read the different mattress/bed/topper reviews out there. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the firmest I grade this topper a 6 or 7. ... show more

I've had this topper for 7 years now, and I expressly came to recommend it. It's still my favorite part of fall, putting this back on my bed so it feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud again. I've had zero problems cleaning or maintaining it, despite sick dogs, food spills, and general wear. It hasn't worn thin or ripped (fabric or foam), and I wash it pretty regularly. The only downsides I would give it would be storage, as I have the king size, and that I have to take it to a laundromat, as my home washer can't handle this, but I think they're absolutely worth the trouble for the joy and comfort. I have a friend who bought one too and raves about it as well. I can't recommend it enough. I have sciatica and shoulder issues, but not with this on. ... show more

I have been researching on Google for reviews for mattress toppers, looking on TikTok and just trying to find the right fit with not a ton of money in my budget. I was back and forth on reviews for this topper that was around $135 for a queen size and the other reviews for one that was about $400 dollars. It honestly came down to what others in the reviews were saying on Amazon. I have been trusting to the Amazon reviews cause it never fails me. I was debating between the “enhanced support” or “plush support”. I choose the plush support because of the thickness I saw between that and the enhanced one. I am very glad I chose the plush support. I have been having back pains since we bought this mattress. It’s not an old mattress but it was to firm from what I was used to. The plush support does lift the top of thr mattress around 4 inches which is nice. After putting it together i immediately felt the difference. I can finally have a great night sleep . I am very thankful for everyone’s reviews it’s important to any consumer out there looking for the best options. It comes with the pillow top mattress cover that fits securely around the bed. Highly recommend! Set up was a breeze even for me. They weren't heavy and hard to move around. I opened the box in my living area and used the wrapping to move it to the bedroom so it slid really easy. I got it laid out and let it sit for the rest of the day and then made the bed up (the white topper part didn't seem to be puffy at all). When I climbed into bed it was sooooo comfy. I've slept on it about a week and I sleep better and am not woken up with pain (I sleep on my side). ... show more

As I really pay attention to the reviews on any product when shopping on Amazon. And this brand got the top reviews did not see any negatives and am I glad I chose this brand.
