We recently received the wheelchair and have been very pleased with it and its performance. We have had a similar chair for about 3 years. This one is definitely an upgrade and at a much better price. This chair feels sturdier and has arms that can be lifted for easier transitioning from the chair. We are so happy to have an 888 number to call with questions…no such thing with the last chair. It is easy to fold and put in our car and will be easy to put on the airplane when we fly. I agree that the written instructions are not very clear, but since we had a similar one before, we are already somewhat familiar with the chair and its performance. We have not had to recharge yet, but yes, we are somewhat concerned that we will not know when to charge. Having extra charged batteries will be helpful.

Based on our family’s experience, I would highly recommend this wheelchair. When my 88 year old father’s decreasing ability to walk very far kept him from enjoying a favorite destination, we saw someone there easily maneuvering in a Zurcheel electric wheelchair and immediately purchased one. Simple controls, long battery life, fit in the car trunk. It worked well on inclines as long as there was not much tilt, which could cause tipping. It was great while he could manage the controls. Two general notes: 1) I wish we’d made the move MUCH sooner for him - highly recommend purchasing as an aid before it is a necessity, and 2) It would be great if electric wheelchairs had a more complete release to manual mode so they can be pushed easily when the situation warrants (and whenever the user can’t operate the controls).

After extensive research, I bought this motorized wheelchair for my elderly based on the features and the positive reviews I found online. He requested a chair that was reliable, affordable, comfortable, and easy to transport, all things most consumers want in a motorized wheelchair. He was pleased with this chair for the first few weeks; it's easy to "drive" and maneuver, powerful on inclines, and the speed can be easily adjusted at will. It folds up easily, is lightweight, and he loves the placement of the footrest. He says charging only takes a couple of hours and it has very good battery life. But out of the blue, one of the motors began acting up, experiencing a surge while on, but not in use. The surge would cause the chair to move on its own, so we reached out to the seller for help. They have been extremely communicative during troubleshooting and have ultimately offered to send a new wheelchair to replace the defective chair. The customer service is excellent, and based on that and the positive reviews of their chairs that are not defective, I would buy from this company again.

I absolutely love it!! It’s a great value for the money, and the speed is incredible! Also, the manufacturer’s customer service is excellent, and that is why I decided to buy this chair. It's also light enough for me to lift by myself, so I can put it in my car without assistance. Lastly, the chair feels sturdy and is easy to fold. This is my first wheelchair, and I highly recommend it. (Please know that I am not receiving anything in return for writing this review. )

1. I like that it had 2 batteries that came out easily, and seemed adequate for the job. 2. It was very controllable, but apparently no regenerative braking. 3. Did NOT like it felt like it was trying to fold up going over bumps etc. 4. Did not feel safe going up hills, possibly tip backwards? 5. Difficult to fold up for transport and locking in position.

My husband loves his wheelchair! It’s lightweight and goes fast. We have had it about a month. No problems yet. Nice to have our own wheelchair instead of depending on other places to provide one. Much cheaper than the heavy duty ones but we don’t need that.

I was in a car accident and had limited mobility. The wheelchair allowed me the freedom to be able to accompany my kids for travel ball tournaments without feeling like I was slowing them down or having someone push me manually. The company also provided great communication for a support issue. I have used it everyday for the last 2 months with no issues. The chair is comfortable, airline compliant and light weight. The battery lasts for a day and a half on a full charge. I would recommend again.
