We are so happy with our new wheelchair! It is light enough for me (age 82) to put it in the car and very easy to fold up. It is peppy when on full speed and easy to operate. Lower speeds are great for inside. My husband is a tall man and it is comfortable for sitting long periods of time. We tested it at church yesterday! After extensive research, I bought this motorized wheelchair for my elderly based on the features and the positive reviews I found online. He requested a chair that was reliable, affordable, comfortable, and easy to transport, all things most consumers want in a motorized wheelchair. He was pleased with this chair for the first few weeks; it's easy to "drive" and maneuver, powerful on inclines, and the speed can be easily adjusted at will. It folds up easily, is lightweight, and he loves the placement of the footrest. He says charging only takes a couple of hours and it has very good battery life. But out of the blue, one of the motors began acting up, experiencing a surge while on, but not in use. The surge would cause the chair to move on its own, so we reached out to the seller for help. They have been extremely communicative during troubleshooting and have ultimately offered to send a new wheelchair to replace the defective chair. The customer service is excellent, and based on that and the positive reviews of their chairs that are not defective, I would buy from this company again. ... show more

This wheelchair is amazing, I used it for the first time Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, it’s so easy to learn how to use the joy stick, it’s easy to load and unload in the back of my SUV, it’s very stable and great speed control. I couldn’t be more pleased.

After a history of multiple falls and broken bones, my doctor told me to protect myself. So, I bought this little wheelchair and it was a life saver. There has been no falls since I made the purchase! It's easy to fold and put in hubby's truck. Great when going to the doctors at a huge medical facility and I wholeheartedly recommend this chair. In fact yesterday at our doctors I was stopped by a lady and her elderly mother.
