This wheelchair has been a blessing for my wife's recovery from surgery. It is very light and easy to store in the rear of my KIA Soul. We have used it for shopping at CostCo and Home Depot. It has gotten a lot of use and we have not experienced any problems. My rating for ease of use and dependability is 5 stars.

After extensive research, I bought this motorized wheelchair for my elderly based on the features and the positive reviews I found online. He requested a chair that was reliable, affordable, comfortable, and easy to transport, all things most consumers want in a motorized wheelchair. He was pleased with this chair for the first few weeks; it's easy to "drive" and maneuver, powerful on inclines, and the speed can be easily adjusted at will. It folds up easily, is lightweight, and he loves the placement of the footrest. He says charging only takes a couple of hours and it has very good battery life. But out of the blue, one of the motors began acting up, experiencing a surge while on, but not in use. The surge would cause the chair to move on its own, so we reached out to the seller for help. They have been extremely communicative during troubleshooting and have ultimately offered to send a new wheelchair to replace the defective chair. The customer service is excellent, and based on that and the positive reviews of their chairs that are not defective, I would buy from this company again.

After a history of multiple falls and broken bones, my doctor told me to protect myself. So, I bought this little wheelchair and it was a life saver. There has been no falls since I made the purchase! It's easy to fold and put in hubby's truck. Great when going to the doctors at a huge medical facility and I wholeheartedly recommend this chair. In fact yesterday at our doctors I was stopped by a lady and her elderly mother. She wanted to know all about it and I think she's convinced her mother would benefit from owning one, too.

We recently received the wheelchair and have been very pleased with it and its performance. We have had a similar chair for about 3 years. This one is definitely an upgrade and at a much better price. This chair feels sturdier and has arms that can be lifted for easier transitioning from the chair. We are so happy to have an 888 number to call with questions…no such thing with the last chair. It is easy to fold and put in our car and will be easy to put on the airplane when we fly. I agree that the written instructions are not very clear, but since we had a similar one before, we are already somewhat familiar with the chair and its performance. We have not had to recharge yet, but yes, we are somewhat concerned that we will not know when to charge. Having extra charged batteries will be helpful.

1. I like that it had 2 batteries that came out easily, and seemed adequate for the job. 2. It was very controllable, but apparently no regenerative braking. 3. Did NOT like it felt like it was trying to fold up going over bumps etc. 4. Did not feel safe going up hills, possibly tip backwards? 5. Difficult to fold up for transport and locking in position.

This product is dangerous! My 80 year old mother has been thrown out of the wheelchair two times since I purchased it a month ago. The design is flimsy and the front wheel is so small it cannot accommodate the slightest imperfections of a grocery store door threshold or the bottom of an ADA compliant ramp. I called the company a week ago to discuss solutions and I was told a manager would return my call which they never did. Now I am past the return window and there is no way I could even sell this in the open market with good conscience.
