This is a great portable electric wheelchair. It came almost completely assembled. It took about 20 minutes to add tip wheels, joystick control cushions and batteries. It’s lightweight and fits easily in the back of our VW Jetta wagon. It’s well made and navigates well both inside and outside on the pavement. My husband hasn’t tried it on the grass yet. After extensive research, I bought this motorized wheelchair for my elderly based on the features and the positive reviews I found online. He requested a chair that was reliable, affordable, comfortable, and easy to transport, all things most consumers want in a motorized wheelchair. He was pleased with this chair for the first few weeks; it's easy to "drive" and maneuver, powerful on inclines, and the speed can be easily adjusted at will. It folds up easily, is lightweight, and he loves the placement of the footrest. He says charging only takes a couple of hours and it has very good battery life. But out of the blue, one of the motors began acting up, experiencing a surge while on, but not in use. The surge would cause the chair to move on its own, so we reached out to the seller for help. They have been extremely communicative during troubleshooting and have ultimately offered to send a new wheelchair to replace the defective chair. The customer service is excellent, and based on that and the positive reviews of their chairs that are not defective, I would buy from this company again. ... show more

This wheelchair is amazing, I used it for the first time Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, it’s so easy to learn how to use the joy stick, it’s easy to load and unload in the back of my SUV, it’s very stable and great speed control. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I actually bought this awhile ago so my review is based on some real useable. I really like it. It charges fast and holds the charge. It’s much lighter than a chair I had in the past, though it is physically bigger. Speed is adjustable from quite fast to a crawl. The tires are either solid rubber or semi pneumatic, I haven’t actually checked that out, but no matter, you never need an air compressor. I weigh 235LBS and fit in it fine. ... show more

1. I like that it had 2 batteries that came out easily, and seemed adequate for the job. 2. It was very controllable, but apparently no regenerative braking. 3. Did NOT like it felt like it was trying to fold up going over bumps etc. 4. Did not feel safe going up hills, possibly tip backwards? 5.
