I looked at reviews people said parts are not all the way connected I double check every to IMV was solid looked at back was worried because the sheet metal wasn’t folded all the way in for some of the ports I tried each one it was good hooked it up worked great Now I am not 100% sure for the gaming aspect of it since kinda, I bought this pc for Game development for my school I run substance painter which only warning I get is the GPU warning but that’s it the program works wonderful and renders smooth and great i also run unity editor making games once you have the first initial build anytime you build out a game for the projects I have to do for class usually takes about a 1 min. or less doesn’t lag doesn’t sound like a jet engine I worked on projects had multiple programs opened for 13 hours at least and it stayed nice an cool I had this for a month now I definitely will buy again or give a more upgraded version a try ... show more

Since I bought this computer I've dealt with the manufacturer and have gone through 3 4070ti graphics cards... The first card died in about 2 months of usage. The second card only worked for a month. The third card arrived today and was dead upon arrival. Device manager shows error 43, windows has stopped this device because it has reported a problem. Now, because I decided to attempt to solve the issue Amazon stiffed me with you can return it but shipping, taxes, and the protection plan are all on me ... So that'd be about$400 wasted.... I spent $2,000 on this paperweight of a computer by the way... So anyway I've decided I'm NOT going to return the computer and be out money... My last card arrived as just the card in a ziplock bag so the company had to overnight ship the bracket and the power cord just for It to be dead. They're offering to send me a 4th card while I mail the 3rd one back in. I have argued it's got to be a problem with my motherboard or the computers power supply, however they want to have me test another card first 🙄. I bought this computer assembled because I didn't want the hassle of handling expensive parts and having to figure out what they do on the fly. It's easy to build a computer until you see how many pins there are and where things go ... I hinted a couple of times with skytech hey, you should throw some extra memory sticks in there for the trouble wink wink. You know, the trouble of spending $2,000 plus shipping, plus protection plan for a 30+ pound piece of junk that I've yet to be able to use, more less enjoy. I bought this PC for college and have been using a dated laptop instead. Considering what legal action could potentially have to offer, hoping customer service continues to be of what assistance they are, and forever swearing I will NEVER BY ANOTHER SKYTECH PRODUCT AGAIN. LEMON LEMON LEMON AND I'm still waiting on some sort of apology or something to MAKE THIS INJUSTICE RIGHT. ... show more

Beautiful, well built machine - sadly, had an issue with gpu (artifacting) out of the box and needed a replacement graphics card - was able to get replacement swapped out by mail (which took way less time than I thought it would) and installed replacement myself. We're several months down the road & this thing has been flawless ever since. Only "issue" is that I've overclocked it to the point where I'm maxing out my middling gaming monitor as well as both of my 4K TVs & need to spend $800+ on a new monitor just to see what it can really do. 10/10 design 10/10 performance 10/10 customer service ... show more

like you all, I was suspicous. not because the deal was too good to be true or anything but because a lot of research tells me this may not all around be the best company to buy from. While it has only been the initial day (I will update as I go along) Here is a list of my pros and cons from day one: - Good design and fast delivery It arrived for me within 5 days when I was told I would get it at the earliest 9 days later - Solid performance (no overheating and it even turned on!! (I feel it is bad I should even be excited about these things considering I paid about 1.6k ). As a side note, I have been tracking the temps all day and I run most games at high (apex, monster hunter) with no stutter but I have yet to try streaming but I will soon so I can see how this pc handles it. As a con, I was not able to find the remote for the RGB or the fans thus I am not able to crank them high but they seem to do it on their own. Overall this company has earned my trust at least for now, I will clearly update my thoughts on this PC at the end of the week then as the months come I will continue to update UPDATE: So I have passed the week milestone and I have seen no problems. I have heard the news of people's motherboards crapping out after a few weeks but I am waiting on that part. but overall this is a nice computer that can handle the paces ( I have the 3060 model) ... show more

Fast shipping. Packaged nicely. Booted up perfectly and Playing World of Warcraft on Ultra. I am on Day 3 of owning this PC and I am in love! My last few PCs that I have purchased came with a stock keyboard and I usually just keep it in the box and throw it in the closet. Not with this buy... I love my new keyboard that came with this PC. I would probably love the included mouse as well but I use a Razor 12 button mouse for World of Warcraft so that mouse wont be used. ***Only one minor thing... they did not include the "Quick Start" guide. I just jumped on google real quick and was able to pull it up in a matter of a couple seconds searching. This PC is stunning inside and out. It is going to hurt to see any dust get inside as I use it. Haha. ... show more
