Was happy when I got it and when I finally had time to set it up and power it on I had issues instantly. I got green lines on my screen and sometimes would not display at all. When I got to main desktop and started updating everything to current nothing really changed. I tried different monitors to see if the one I bought with the tower was the issue but it was the same. I checked drivers and saw that the NVIDIA graphics card wasn't working. I tried all troubleshooting options online I could find before I opened it up to check if anything seemed off and noticed a rattling sound and found a broken plastic piece. No idea if its important or not so rather than check further I decided to send it back the next day which really is a bummer. That said I cant really give it an actual rating beyond 1 star since I never got to really use it. The only thing I could say is that it is very quite but not much else. ... show more

Overall, this PC is great. I got mine with the 3060 TI. I do want to point out, as many others have, the PSU that comes with the computer is trash. I received my unit and couldn’t even turn it on as the PSU was toast. Had to invest additional money to get a good one just something to keep in mind.

So it’s been a week and no issues so far pc came packed great. If you want the good one go for the TI version this one will be liquid cooled with a 240mm AIO other versions are definitely not as good this pc handles everything thrown at it CPU also stays cool while running for hours with games

Bought this product. Windows would not start right out of the box. Had the have a 3rd party to fix it. Good luck with customer service line I was number 4 in line and didn’t have a person on the end for 3+ hours.
