    • Worst experience ever
The media could not be loaded. This was by far my worst experience ever. Do not buy from this company they are overall garbage. The first thing I noticed was how terrible the cable management was bundled up wires one of the wires attached to the cooling was just wrapped around one of the ram holders, not to mention one of the ram sticks was laying inside the case loose not even attached. But, whatever I decided oh well I can fix those things in the future. A few days passed and then the thing just stopped working I would boot it up and my monitor would say no signal that’s when I was about to take the GPU out and begin trouble shooting heck I was about to just take the damn thing apart and fix the wiring etc but, that’s when I noticed they literally took a hot glue gun to this thing a FRICKING hot glue gun to attach wires to the motherboard now I’m no computer master or whatever but I do know a thing or two and I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to mix glue with electronics…. So anyways if you want a pre built with a 3070 just put in the extra couple hundred bucks don’t buy from this garbage company. Oh and something I left out and you can’t see in the video is that behind the fans in the radiator you can see some dents in it so I guess a monke put this thing together. Needless to say I will be returning this dumpster fire and I better get EVERY SINGLE CENT back or I will be taking legal action.     • Good customer support for bad RAM, overall good value
I loved my new gaming computer... for the first five days. On the sixth day, the computer started crashing (blue screen of death, referencing memory errors). I had two chats with customer support the following day. Reinstalling windows (the recommendation from the first chat) didn't resolve my issue. I strongly suspected bad RAM, and so I ran memtest86 to check, and indeed there was a memory problem. I started another tech support chat, and this time the support agent was able to help me identify which RAM stick was bad. That at least got me back to functioning (on one stick), and Skytech sent me a replacement set of RAM which arrived five days later. So far the machine is running great on the replacement RAM, so I'm pretty satisfied overall with the customer support experience and value for money in the end, although the process to get there could have been a bit smoother. I got this for my Daughter for her birthday, we waited for ever to get it and I paid extra for fast delivery but when we got it it was very easy to set up ( took us a while to find the power button). They even sent a mouse and key board we didn't know was coming with it. I will defiantly buy from them again. She can play all her PC games on it no problem. ... show more

    • Save your money. Stay away!
After one year and eight months with (very, very minimal use), I lost two fans, a hard drive, and the graphic card. I use the computer for a specific task for work purposes once every two months. I use less than 20% of the computer storage, and still, the computer ends up failing. I called Skytech, and their response was that I passed the one-year warranty, and what was left for me was technical support over the phone :). I spent $2,149 for this desktop where I still have a computer that cost me $650, and it's been with me now for six years in perfect condition. it is painful, to see a company not backing up one of its top products and support their clients in a proper way ... show more

It froze frequently while playing games. After locating a bios update on iBUYPOWER's FTP site, it no longer freezes. Games like Cyberpunk 2077 and 7 Days to Die run smoothly on ultra settings.
